We had a great stay. You can tell they are still doing some finishing touches around the property. Unfortunately, the beach area of the water park closes at 6pm daily M-F, 7pm on Sat-Sun. This was a huge bummer for us because we had other activities around OKC during the day and didn’t get back to the resort until 4-5pm.

The Waterparks were amazing, the room was awesome!! Staff was very friendly and helpful!! Highly recommend a stay at the OKANA!!!! I just wish the Waterpark hours were longer, it would be nice to be able to get in the indoor park earlier, and stay a little later. We enjoyed every minute we could!!

Family enjoyed the resort, the Waterparks indoor and outdoor, and all the food was a wide variety and delicious. Definitely would go back. They had an issue at check-in due to booking through Expedia but were able to straighten it out fairly quickly.

Property is beautiful alot of the check in and out process is very self sufficient. My biggest thing is it wasnt very accomaditing to pregnant women. First day at the water park was horrible. All the water inside and out was icy cold and the air on blast, which sucked because the only thing i could of done was the lagoon and wave pool. Also alot of stairs my body is so sore from all the stair climbing. Now for the hotel room, my only complaint is the lack of microwave and bathroom space. Its so tight the door almost touches the sliding shower door and since it swings in i had to shimmy in each time because of my growing bump. Im 6 months pregnant. Free Parking is misleading. Its free on the water park side but only 4 hours on the hotel side which no one takes the time to explain they just expect you to pay the paid parking. Staff was super nice and the property was clean. My kids had a blast so hopefully I could fully experience okana once im not pregnant.

We didn’t realize how expensive everything was. Most food was ala cart and breakfast for two was 87.60!

Indoor waterpark was amazing! I did not care for the wild and frenzied check out at 11 am. There was too much going on. Most meals and everything else was expensive. Everyday citizens could not afford this.

We enjoyed everything about the place, had a great time staying there. Will definitely be back this summer. Staff was very friendly everywhere we went.

Only issues were that the heat kept coming on in room making it hard to sleep. Arcade is way to expensive almost impossible to have fun for more than 10 minutes without spending 100’s of dollars. And noticed employees that were there to hang while off or haven’t got on shift yet kept hanging out at the indoor food getting in everyone’s way by goofing off at the front counters and getting lots of food for them and others not sure if it was paid for or not but noticed lots of people getting agitated by the teens hanging at the register while off duty or off.

The property was great, but the staff are what made it excellent. They are all so upbeat and friendly. Erin at the front desk and Sango at Chico’s were top tier.

Had a great time, some technical difficulties but overall a great time!

We booked through Expedia thinking that it would be cheaper but it was not because you still have to pay a resort fee at the hotel that expedia doesn't cover. So booking through expedia did not save us money. Brain D. at the front desk was friendly and a great help when checking in. Later when at the front desk I spoke to a man in a blazer (I'm guessing a manager) but did not catch his name and he was not very helpful or have very good customer service. The splash falls was closed during our stay, even though it was scheduled to be open. We were credited $100 to spend because of this, but that doesn't go very far at the arcade, ice-cream shop or any other stores in the hotel. They also had other water features closed off and on throughout our stay. The water slides have a fun feature that you can scan your wrist band for it to take a photo, however we havent been able to access the photos, and serval of the employeeswe asked couldn't tell us howbto get the photos. So there are still several things that need worked out, since there were many features that did not work during our visit. Overall a good experience but was definitely disappointed that part of the water park was closed and then had a front desk manager that was rude. Rooms- The bathroom in the room is rather small and there are no shelves in the shower for your own personal items Food & drinks- Several options for food there without having to leave the hotel

Eddie from Valet was AMAZING!!!! He went above and beyond
