The hotel is clean from the lobby, shared restrooms, common areas and rooms. The staff is friendly, enthusiastic, and knows how to take care of guests. The breakfast is varied and changes every day. I will come here next time.

Hotel in alley. Cars can get in. Polite and friendly receptionist. There is a welcome drink and snacks for guests. The room also has free fruit. The room has a nice, clean city view. The owner would like to note for those who are sensitive to noise that the soundproofing is only 2.5/5. Breakfast is okay, the nut milk is delicious.

I had a trip during the holidays with my family of 4, 2 rooms and 2 nights at this hotel. The impression I left was that the staff was very friendly and cute, the hotel was clean, the room was beautiful, compared to hotels of the same price range, I highly appreciated the breakfast buffet here. Only the slope down to the lobby and reception was a bit inconvenient, but it didn't affect much. I will come back and experience other room types when I have the chance.

Bad points: Soundproofing is not good, in the room you can still hear the sound from the hallway very clearly. The door lock is not sensitive, sometimes you have to open it many times to unlock it

The staff is really excellent, always supporting both before check-in and after checkout. The only small thing is that the bed is too hard, when checking out, the staff said that if needed, they would support a free topper (it was written on the paper when checking in but I didn't hear it clearly so I was subjective). Breakfast is more diverse than I expected. There is a separate coffee bar, not pre-made coffee, very much like a 4-5 star hotel vibe. Extremely satisfied!

The hotel is located 5 minutes by motorbike from Xuan Huong Lake. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and quick to support. They are always friendly and comfortable. Every time we sit in the lobby, they bring us a cup of hot tea, which is very lucky on cold days. The room is fully equipped and has a great view of the sunrise every morning. The hotel's breakfast is very tasty. In particular, every day there is soup or noodles with delicious broth. We will definitely come back here next time.

The hotel is great for a trip to Da Lat with family. Especially the free afternoon tea every day as shown in the picture is very delicious. A real Hidden gem hotel, it's been a long time since Dalat has had a hotel with good service and delicious and full breakfast, all the staff are very attentive and thoughtful, making me feel like I'm coming home from far away, everyone should experience the Signature room, 360-degree top view, you can watch the sunset in the bedroom and comfortably watch the sunrise in the bathtub, clean view, absolutely no obstruction by houses or trees, this is a rare thing, any hotel has a similar view but is close to the center like the hotel, 5 stars absolutely everyone ❤️‍🔥
