Holy Mother.... Stink....Dirty

Lots of small cockroaches, dirty place.

The room is not well maintained and the bathroom smells of urine.

Please improve cleanliness no. 1, we stayed for 3 days, in my opinion this price is not worth it. Because I saw flying cockroaches twice, then crickets too. And there was a spider's nest on the roof, the lights went out when I was taking a shower, it was really annoying. No towels were provided at all when I wanted to ask for them, but they weren't delivered even though I asked for them on the first day, until the third day there were no towels. Even the gallon of water, it's been a gallon for several months, from outside it's already really dirty. I tried to make instant noodles using gallon hot water when I saw it, it turned out the drinking water was really dirty. The stove doesn't work, the refrigerator inside is really dirty, there are leftover food like frozen batagor that has been eaten. I really regret going on vacation but getting a room like this. Please improve it again
