A charming little hotel an easy walk from both Gare du Nord and Gare de L'Est. A perfect place for a stay in Paris or just passing through.

It's a cozy and welcoming small hotel where the staff attended to my needs throughout my stay. I stayed in a single room, which was small, but as expected, the interior was superb and had a mid-century vibe that I adore. My experience felt like stepping back into an old movie. I loved the scenery and attention to detail, and I would definitely come back to stay again.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel du Chateau d’Eau. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the decor was excellent and the bed very comfortable. It’s worth noting the hotel is in a very sociable area with some great restaurants and bars so can be a little noisy at night.

The hotel is beautifully designed and centrally located—just steps away from a metro stop, which made getting around Paris incredibly easy. The area itself is quite busy with locals, cafes and groceries stores around the corner. Check-in was seamless, and the staff were very kind and welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel has a modern, design-forward aesthetic, and the rooms are thoughtfully decorated with great attention to detail. The Diptyque toiletries were added a nice luxurious touch! The room was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of storage space. The only small downside was the size of the shower, which was a bit tight—but that’s pretty typical for Paris. I would absolutely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Paris, and can't wait to stay here again in the future.

Very nice I recommend

We have stayed in many hotels, including in Paris, but this was pretty upsetting for a so-called 4 star hotel. In particular the bathroom was truly terrible: it was small even for Paris but what made it even more of a miserable experience was the shower valve that protruded directly into the middle of the shower, and an awful shower curtain that was also set too close to the shower and left no space in which to stand. The toilet seat was also a mismatched size with the toilet bowl. The lift smelt of sewage. Location was okay, it's not a glamorous area but seemed quite vibrant at night (we didn't have any noise issues). On the plus side, the staff were really very nice but not enough to tempt us back.

Staff was nice, always wanted to make your stay perfect, room was great and the location as well.

Was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at in over 40 years of travelling. Handy for the metro. Will stay there again.

Noisy, bad neighborhood,

Nice hotel, comfy bed and towel. However, the area is a bit rowdy at weekend.

Fint hotell, men for lite bad. Dusjkabinett er for liten til at man kan bevege seg mens man dusjer og det lekker vann fra kabinettet til baderomsgulvet.

We loved everything about it. Super nice reception and lovely retro design. My only complaint is the corridor and elevator was a liiittle bit too tight, hard to get through with suitcases, but it was nothing that ruined the experience for us. We'd love to come back!

Small and cute hotel with mega helpful and friendly staff! Surrounded with bars and restaurants and 2 min from the metro system.

Très bon hôtel avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. Il se situe dans un quartier populaire donc un peu bruyant en soirée mais la nuit on n'entend plus rien et j'ai dormi paisiblement. Si vous vous couchez tôt prenez des bouchons d'oreilles.

Booked my last night in Paris here because I could no longer stay in my chilly room at Hotel De Bordeaux. Coming here was wonderful! Elegant hotel with super nice staff. Got room 501, a small double. Very comfortable, elegant and cosy. Just 110 meter to go to New Morning and the concert I attended. Close to shops and restaurants. Did not try the breskfast for 18 Euro. I will surely stay here again!

Bra läge nära metron, tågstation och med många restauranger och cafeer i närheten. Hjälpsam personal, bra badrumsprodukter och skön säng. Ganska lyhört som i många hotell i Paris. Speciell design som inte är vår smak men ändå ok.
