They asked an extra bed charge for my 11-year-old kid due to hotel policy, communication of receptionist was bad. They did not mention in the aplication regarding the policy. The hotel is not family friendly, they sticked to rule of 2 people in the room.

The room is comfortable, clean, the food is delicious, close to tourist attractions in Banda City and most importantly the hotel and restaurant staff are friendly. Next time I go to Banda again, I will stay at this hotel again 👍

Very friendly service, clean and fragrant rooms, quite spacious motorbike parking, quite tasty breakfast.

Got upgraded to a nicer room with a coffee machine because our room was not available. Great service. Meals are tasty, although there's not much of a variety. Great location, near the seaport to Sabang. Not far from Banda Aceh city center.

spacious room, clean, all good for a pocket-friendly budget, want to have dinner close to street vendors, for breakfast I don't know because I didn't have time to eat, overall good
