I ended up not staying at this hotel because the quality was really bad, starting from the hotel, location, linen.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and there is a gazebo area where you can relax.

It needs to be improved regarding the cleanliness of the sheets and bathroom because it is an important part of the hotel/guesthouse business so that customers, for me who are new, can come back with a good impression. Although the price is quite cheap, it can still be of good quality. For the service, the staff are friendly and very helpful. But for the rest, thank God it was also good. Thank you Sans, hopefully it will continue to grow.

The AC is dead, the toilet door is broken and dirty, noisy in the middle of the night in the lobby without being reprimanded by the staff, even the staff at the reception are smoking. The room smells of paint, very stuffy. The cigarette smoke smells into the room because I am on the 1st floor.

Which is also dirty. - The towel should be for 2 people, but they only gave 1. Even then, they gave it late at night because they didn't dry it yet. 🥲 Is the stock really out? Or are they lazy to wash it? If you have to compare it every year. Because every year I stay here, 2025 is the worst in my experience staying here. I don't know what next year will be like. Even though SANS in Jogja is the worst, this is actually a collaboration with SANS. 🥲 Oh my.

There are many places to find food. Close to everywhere. The facilities are according to the price, don't expect more. The bathroom door can't be closed. The old building seems to have been repainted so the room smells of paint. The bed is old, the rubber is loose and makes your body ache because it's uneven. 🙏 But for the cheap price, it's reasonable.

Initially, I booked for 3 days and 2 nights. I got a room with an air conditioner that wasn't cold, the toilet didn't flush, and the bidet didn't work. I wanted to exchange rooms but the information was full and I could only move in on the second day. If the room has so many shortcomings, why do you have to force yourself to rent it?

Overall: mid, budget hotel. Cleanliness: sheets are dirty, toilet is old unclean, waiting room reeks of cat poo. Location: surya sumantri, this should never be called as pasteur. Way to far from pasteur! Summary: mid, stay if you need to save money to sleep

strategic location, fairly clean rooms, when checking in requires leaving an eKTP, cannot deposit money, so when traveling anywhere you don't bring an eKTP, because you have to leave it at the reception. Hopefully in the future a rule can be made to deposit money without having to leave an eKTP.
