Was good but there was noise after the 9 pm curfew and the milk was sour when I went to make my coffee on the morning

Nicest stay in Lytham, quiet and super clean. Friendly staff.

We stayed for a few days and were very pleased with the accommodation. The location was excellent, not far from the beach and the town centre! It was everything we required.

Communication for access codes, parking and location were second too none. Spotless, and milk in the fridge was a njcr touch. Beds comfortable, location excellent. We will definitely return next year.

The property is very accurate in the description given. The location is right next to shopping and restaurant areas. Walk to the promenade/ beach. Nice little extras provided eg fruit, milk, biscuits. Also paper towel and cooking spray Our coffee machine had a cracked water resevoir which was a shame as it was a bonus to have a coffee machine but we couldnt use it. There is a small hot plate range, microwave , toaster and jug as well as plates, cooking pots etc. A good size Aldi is short walking distance and Tesco express also. The Sweet Suites communication was excellent prior to our arrival but this became of big importance as my husband had a dose of food poisoning and we needed to stay an extra night to let him have a day's recovery. I messaged fairly early in the morning and Emma replied immediately and arranged things for us. We really appreciated her efforts. Would definitely recommend this accommodation but would suggest unit 1 on the ground floor as it has a nice window outlook.

Sweet suited apartments are in a fabulous location. Very close from the train station of St Anne’s on the sea and a quick walk from the promenade. The apartment itself was very clean and very comfortable. Lovely home touches aswell such as tea, milk and fresh fruit on arrival. Will definitely stay again.

Thy provided me no bog roll the shower had ingress around the side likenitbwas not washed there where crumbs and bits of choclates left and the coffe machine did nit work which was very upsetting

Really good value, great location. Very comfortable and accommodation. I booked a late check out, which I could use when it came time to leave. The property refunded me the extra fee with out me even asking. I would highly recommend Sweet Suites

After looking at loads of reviews in Lytham and Blackpool so glad i booked here. Really lovely stay. The apartment was bright clean and modern. It was well equipped amd had everything we needed. The bed was big and really comfortable with great pillows. Communication and security were also brilliant. Highly recommend!

5* plus. Suite 4. Absolutely amazing , spotlessly clean. Water, fruit, tea coffee, milk & soaps all provided. Very comfy ex large bed. Heating & wifi. Excellent communication all the way through. Central but quiet location. Will definitely stay here next time, can't recommend enough. Converted house so stairs very narrow, not for limited mobility person. Two suites are ground floor if available.

A real home from home for us and has shops, cinema, lovely places to eat and the prom with a fab beach just a short walk away

Beautifully furnished suite right in the centre of St Anns. Nothing at all to fault.

Had everything you need basically. The bed was very comfortable. They came in each day to replenish the coffee supplies and toilet rolls. They even have Netflix on TV and WiFi. If you need.quiet to sleep like me shut the windows at night as the birds are around very early and traffic noise. Would definitely stay here again. You are not far from the beach about 5 minutes and near all the local shops, pubs and restaurants. Although we couldn't get parked on the forecourt we could park directly behind the building so no problems there. Is a lovely stay in a lovely area.

Lovely apartment, very well equipped, very clean and some nice touches. We need an apartment on a lower floor being in our mid 70’s!! Only downside was cigarette smoke in the entrance hallway. Would definitely recommend and we’ll book again for a lower floor.
