DO NOT BOOK this apartment. We arrived at property with an eviction notice on door - property has been repossessed. The number given when booking this property ignored messages and made us believe that we could stay. Scammers who are now not willing to issue a refund.

No communication what so ever you phone call them no answer they don't get in contact save your money and book somewhere else

Nobody contacted us, we didn’t get the lockbox information and we were left stranded in Hull with no accommodation

DONT BOOK! I stupidly didn't look at the reviews however the reviews are true. You will end up with no where to stay. You are supposed to contact the owner 48 hours before checking in to sort out check-in details as I guess the key is in a key box or something, however the owner never responds so you can't check in. You are also supposed to download a crib surfer app, which doesn't exist so can't be downloaded! Now having to go through the hassle of chasing a refund. This accommodation should be removed from your site as it appears none has actually been able to stay here in the past.

Property was cancelled on my arrival to check in (I was told via WhatsApp!) and I STILL haven’t received a refund!!!
