Good place to stay if you’ll be out exploring most of the day. Close to public transport and walkable. I do wish they had a sink to clean dishes for longer stays. Maybe wouldn’t stay in the summer as my room faced the road, got the sun all day and was very hot. Even at night with a fan and window open it didn’t cool comfortably. Plus you had to deal with street noise. They were responsive when I reached out but not much they could do other than provide the fan.

They were interested but not helpful. They responded to messages immediately but they did not take positive steps to solve the problem. I made a reservation for April 25-29. I realized that I made an extra day. If it was April 28, I should have left the city. I asked if I could cancel April 29 on the first day. They said contact Hotels.com and said you got it from there. I contacted Hotels.com but they said they could not cancel it. The bathroom door would not close. The room was very narrow and there was a protrusion in the middle of the room. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and I could not sleep. Despite all this, they did not help for 1 day when they should have said sorry and helped. I visit London very often and stayed in 10 different hotels. This was the worst. I hope they make it better. I hope they use their success in responding to messages quickly in solving problems.

The support staff was quick to respond and very helpful. The room was clean, and we were lucky to have a quiet spot with a nice garden view. The comfy room was worth it, offering extra space. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but there are a few things to improve. The property didn’t warn us about the weekly fire drill on Tuesdays, nor about the fire alarms going off twice during our stay—once in the evening and again at night. There were no instructions on what to do in case of an emergency. The room had basic kitchenware, but no place to clean dishes other than the bathroom. There was a tea towel, but no dishwashing tools or space to store dirty dishes. Lastly, the bathroom was very small. While typical for London, better use of the space, like repositioning the door or adding a hook, would have made it more practical. It was a good, but not the very best and it could have been better.

We had an excellent stay. The room was spotless and really well equipped with everything we needed. Large TV. Fridge, microwave, cups, bowls plates cutlery and glasses. Bed was big and comfy. Location was super. 5 minutes walk to Shepards bush tube. Loads of shops and a great bar on the corner before the tube. Self check in was a breeze. Cracker stay and awesome value.

I loved my stay at Bob W! Only downside was that there wasn't really anywhere to do the dishes I used, so I ran out of clean plates, cups etc. I didnt find it very hygienic washing them in the toilet sink (also there was nothing to wash them with).

Well fiittted out room with several eco-features that were a bonus. Telephone staff were very good and helpful. Room a little small but that's central London. Only small issues was signs to room were a bit confusing and very noisy, repeated door slamming from 5am. Generally, high recommendation. Nb. Walking takes quite a while as between 2 areas.

Very near Shepherd’s Bush station and bus stops which is handy. Unfortunately it is quite loud (the whole night) being on the main road so bring ear plugs! They do provide foam ear plugs but they’re not particularly comfortable. I also unfortunately got locked out of my room and had to ring at 11pm to get access to the safe for an emergency key fob. So whilst the contactless doors are a good idea, they don’t always work. Both me and another guy were locked out of our rooms for a bit. Other than that, the room is well stocked and was clean.

It’s cheap and cheerful and that’s what you get. The bed was uncomfortable but the bed sheets and quilt were soft and comfortable. The entry system is okay but you need your phone connected to the WiFi to get in and out of your room. If you’re overly stout or tall I’d avoid these rooms as everything is a bit of a squeeze. But otherwise a decent stay, nothing amazing but nothing bad.

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. I had a bit of an issue with my initial room, but they were very helpful and moved me into another room that is more suitable for me. Very responsive. The property was clean and comfortable.

This hotel seemed new which was good, there is no front desk/lobby but they get a hold of you through WhatsApp, I texted them there a few times before my trip as I had multiple questions and they answered fast and they were helpful. The key is on the website or app on your phone, they do not clean your room which it honestly wasn’t a problem but just to put it out there, they have a small stand with towels, toilet paper, coffee, and just stuff you might need but I’m sure if you needed anything else and you text them they would be able to help you too so in terms of attention it was great, the room I had picked was nice they even gave me some goodies like a tote bag, stickers, had a written note and delicious cookies which was lovely and I felt special lol. But my room was super super small I was traveling solo and with a busy schedule during the day so I was barely there and truly it wasn’t terrible but if you are going with more people a getting a bigger room or another hotel, you can hear absolutely everything from the other rooms and from the street I heard sirens from ambulances and police literally every five minutes, the area itself feels just a little bit unsafe but not too bad either so don’t let that stop you, there are shops and a mall just 10 mins walking so that was great, but far from other touristy cites like I for example walked to Buckingham palace and it took me like 1:30 almost 2 hours and even more to Big Ben
