Great Location & Friendly Staff

Easy, friendly check in, very clean room / bathroom. 5 min walk to promenade and 15 to Rhos on Sea, as a B&B everything you expect - really good!

Excellent guest house with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was fresh and nicely prepared, the staff helped us plan our day in Conwy better. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Arrived early to a warm welcome. Give ideas if where to go for dinner in town, only 5-10 mins away. Lovely room with a lovely side view. Lovely shower and great breakfast in the morning. All we needed for our nights stay. Thank you, it was perfect.

The gentleman that greeted us on arrival was lovely. Our twin room had everything that we needed. However the only downside was the lady that served breakfast, as she came across rude. I was asked to fill out a form for the hotel with dietary requirements, which I did and stated that I was vegan. When I asked the lady, about non-diary milk, she said that this should have been requested. I had informed my dietary requirements few days before arrival, so not sure why I needed to make a special request. My dietary is a request. She could have handle the situation better, especially where it was loud across the room.

Breakfast was average but the service we recieved was below avarage for breafast ,we wasnt asked would we like extra toast or jam or more drinks when other tables around us was ,we was given the wrong toast after being asked what would we prefere ,not good for B&B of that caliber

Lovely family room, spacious with two double beds and one single, so plenty of sleeping options for the three of us. Nice big window so the room was nice and bright. The breakfast was served promptly and was very nice. Nicely greeted on arrival and same again at breakfast. Very pleased and would recommend.

Great breakfast and comfortable bed

My friend and I stayed a night and it was perfect. The parking was very easy, and while I slept in, my friend thought that the breakfast that was included was great. The bathroom was clean and the room itself was very cozy and spacious. We ran into car troubles on the way over, and the person I spoke with on the phone was very understanding about us checking in after hours. Would highly recommend!

Host Jan was brilliant. A very lovely woman who offered lots of advice from things to do in north wales and how to get about if you don’t have a car. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Room was a little dated but had everything you needed and it was very clean. Bathroom was on the smaller side. The location is also super close to the train station which makes it really accessible if you aren’t driving. Overall - I would definitely return if I came back to north wales.

⭐ 1 Star Our stay at this BnB was a major disappointment. We were there for two nights on a work trip, and the lack of basic services was unbelievable. There was no room service at all—no cleaning, no fresh towels, and the bin was left overflowing. When we asked why the room hadn’t been cleaned, we were given the worst excuse: they claimed that since our belongings were in the room, they didn’t want to risk being accused of stealing! That’s simply unacceptable. Coming back after a long day of work to find no clean towels or a tidied-up room was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, I noticed that whenever someone leaves a bad review on their Google page, the management responds in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I would not recommend staying here unless you enjoy being treated poorly and paying for non-existent services. Breakfast service for good no complaint about that

Lovely hotel to stay. Situated good for beach, promenade walks into Rhos on Sea as well as around Colwyn. Jan proprietor very informative and friendly Breakfast was great filled me up for the day. Had a single room which fulfilled my requirements. Would recommend

Very friendly stay

Hosts were excellent. Check-in and check-out very swift. Breakfast was very nice and free parking was what i needed the most. Good place when you're visiting North Wales

It was just an over night sleep having driven down from Aberdeen going on to Southampton the next morning it was all we wanted the room was ok our breakfast was good plenty of it.

Good customer service
