My booking experience with Expedia was pathetic as it was done through web and not app. I searched for 8th checkin and somehow in the process they changed the date to 7th and made me pay for stay at 11.40PM for that night stay which was practically impossible for me to even use rhe facility. I am yet to get clarity on refund.. Property said they did charged ..expedia did wheras expedia said error was not possiblee and ruled comms out. Having said all of that... when it comes to property.. i will say Pros... Great hospitality and experience. Good options of bubble hot pool, steam sauna and plunge pool. Cons Property needs some maintenance... and hygiene needs attention...

Relaxing stay in a friendly and well appointed spa hotel. Personal service, a spacious comfortable bedroom, free parking and fabulous facilities. Highly recommended.

Booked fir an overnight stay in Birmingham. Convenient location and lovely staff. What was unexpected is that this is a "clothing optional" naturist hotel. This should be made clear in the description. Also, the Clover's description on the Hotels.com site states thst breakfast is included. This is not the case and breakfast is a payable extra. Having saud that the manager (owner), recognised this as an error in the description and honoured the booking. We would not plan to return to the Clover, but not due to any fault of the hotel, but more because naturism is not our scene. For those who are perhaps more comfortable in their skin, the hotel seems really nice.

Really good and walking distance to shop pub etc

The facilities are excellent and easy to use the bar area was comfortable and welcoming. Unfortunately on arrival were told that the expected free breakfast was not included.

Room a little small, with next to no storage space. All other equipment, was of good quality, and comfortable. The Spa was clean, spacious with room to relax.

Everything great, nice clean room, nice clean sauna steam room hot tub,owner hard working, all staff nice and kind.I definitely recommend this nice hotel to everyone.Thank you

Amazing property and facilities with friendly staff!

This property is a naturist hotel. This was not made clear on the Expedia listing, and frankly I wouldn't have chosen the hotel had I known. There was a naked man walking up the garden and naturist magazines in the room. Nothing against it but i don't want to be involved. Staff were very friendly and tried to make me welcome as I was refused a pre-pay refund when I found out.

Have stayed here a few times now, lovely staff, comfortable rooms, great facilities, great food, looking forward to our next visit.

This was our 4th time now to clover spa, great place to relax and wind down, excellent service offered by Tim and his a staff and nothing too much troublle we also treated ourselves to a massage which was great too, good all round friendly atmosphere and would highly recommend.

What a great place. Comfort, relaxation and great staff. All enjoyed completely in the nude. I will be coming back as soon as possible, I've never felt so comfortable.

It was good. Lovely service and reception. Staff very amenable and make you feel relaxed and at home.

Lovely Hotel, Amazing staff, Clean room, great bed lots of towels, great shower in my room. They have a proper spa in the hotel. I used the steam room to unwind and relax after a long day at a trade show. In the morning the full english breakfast kept me going for the day. I will definitely book again when I visit for trade shows.

Specialist market be aware! Considering all the wonderful hotels on Expedia this is not luxury accommodation. Adequate and well appointed rooms but nothing special.

Once again the hotel provided the perfect surroundings and facilities to enable naturist to spend some time enjoying their chosen lifestyle.
