first i will say the property was nice/decent but it was not explained that i would have the whole condo upstairs. yes i seen steps but assum ed it was to a bedroom upstairs not the whole condo upstairs! we had a 18 month old and a elderly woman that could not get up and down the steep stairs ! we asked to be moved to a lower level unit which was vacant but they said first said yea it would be ready by 5 pm that day then came back said no they couldn’t move me which was rude. They reply to you through a text messsge that sounds so sweet but really they just undermining. Then i checked out and left my fan the door locked and could my get it then they say they gonna charge me 30 bucks for leaving late!! come on people !! no wonder your propertity was. heap and vacant !!! They are very inconsiderate and rude people

I would have given 5 stars except for a few items. This was a charming place with great walkable access to restaurants! The unit was comfortable and well equipped. The maintenance was lacking- for example in the only bathroom the shower/tub combo had a lot of mold and mildew that needs to be removed. The other area of concern is check in is late at 400 pm and check out is early at 10 am. Typically when traveling a 11 am or 12 pm check out is more typical. Loved the location to Covington Main St and The Ohio River!
