Good sized room, newly renovated (carpet, paint, locks) however -1 overnight and heatpump didnt heat the room. The bathroom has mould which has been painted over a few times. Windows with huge condensation.

It wasn’t evident at the time of booking that it was only 1 room in a communal house. It was not at all suitable for me and my 75 yr old sister

Great place with everything we needed. Good value, everything was clean and tidy, location was great. There was plenty of room, beds were comfy, and we really enjoyed it.

located in residential neighborhood, 4 double rooms ewith 1 shower shared, no top sheet on bed. Price was low and i usually get private bath so mistake may have been mine.

The listing does not specify that this is an independent house where rooms are rented out to different people. Unless you are booking 3-4 rooms in this property, you will be sharing the bathroom, toilet, and kitchen with strangers. This should be clearly mentioned in the description. I do not recommend this for larger families.

Great place to stay, great value for your money.

The bigger room with private bathroom was perfect for me, everything I needed in room & comfortable beds, air con & very clean.

Perfect for a couple of days in the Tron.

Listing for property stated “you will have the entire house to yourself and only share with members of your party” but on arrival, there were other cars in the driveway and I noticed there were other people in the other rooms. The others were quiet and considerate and there were no issues, it just would have been nice to know there were going to be others in the house. Shared bathroom and kitchen. No living room and no tv in the room. Not a problem for this stay as I was only there to sleep but wouldn’t be ideal if spending more time there. Each room had a keypad lock on the door as did the front door, so felt secure enough. Overall it was good for the purpose of this visit to Hamilton.

We liked staying here and we intend to use this holiday room again shortly.
