The Yellowstone Motel Is a prime place to stay for the north western side of the park. We were able to drive here from Billings in one day by way of the Beartooth Hwy. We were able to use it to move to the western end of the park. My wife and I agree this is how a hotel should be, solid beds none of the frills, just a solid clean room with a larger fridge than normal. The back patio is the place to be, there are webber grills and a picnic table we used to cook dinner. Also a place we set up our camp stove to cook breakfast the next morning. The patio overlooks the Yellowstone River, there are local elk in the area that gave us some close up views. Was a cool place to meet other people, share experiences and get ideas for seeing the park. Our only complaint is that we did not spend more time in this location.

Loved the location to everything in this town!

The office closes at 10:00 PM we were still in the Yellowstone park. They left us a message saying they were closing and taped our keys to the office door. This was great it was easy to get in and had a great night sleep. In the morning they asked how everything was and did we need anything.

A great room at a great rate. Staff was awesome. If you ride a motorcycle, the main parking lot is deep gravel, but there is street parking or parking in the front where the gravel is very shallow.

Close to town. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice rooms.

Parking was tight. But available. 2 blocks from entrance to Yellowstone National Park is awesome. Dog friendly!!!

Very convenient place for the park.

Quaint motel in tourist city. They offer plentiful amenities in front of the office like coffee/tea/water, a free lending library, and a drop box for easy early checkouts. Would stay again!

The chairs on the patio were not usable being wet with dirt on them.

Excellent location for access to Yellowstone National Park. The price is reasonable and the rooms are very clean.

This motel is right outside of park. Easy to get to and walk around. This is a simple no frills place. But kept very clean

The inn was very nice. The only reason I didn’t give it a perfect rating was the internet didn’t work well where we were and we also couldn’t get the channels to load on the tv. Otherwise great location, nice room and bathroom.
