Room was a lot smaller than it was portrayed to be from the photos. The loft felt a bit dangerous without a railing or wall between the bed and the drop to the main floor. The couch sleeper sofa was the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever felt. We could feel every inch of the springs so we ended just putting one adultperson on the couch and 3 other adults on the queen sized bed. No one slept comfortably. It was a disappointment that the rooftop deck closed at 10pm. After finding out that the room was so small after we checked in we were looking forward to sitting on the patio for more space only to find out that it was closed.

Ok place to stay if you want a kitchen, but there are no affordable nearby grocery stores.

Room was clean and location was good in relation to Lumen Field; however, the parking situation is horrid and the site failed to mention that our bed was 15 feet in the air with steep metal ladder to get to it. No reception was odd but the lockers to hold your stuff at checkout was clutch. Before you book just know that the bed is not on floor level

Very nice stay! The only downside I had was the area around the hotel, as there was a lot of construction, and I wasn't sure where the actual hotel was. However, I'm sure that the construction will be over soon.

Great place to stay!

The area is great and the loft is beautiful. However, I did not see the email regarding checking in and there not being any staff on the premises. Once we got the check in figured out, all went smoothly.

Loft bedroom ladder scary and unusable for anyone older. Got another hotel.

Easy access to the stadiums with endless options for food and coffee. Parking isn't ideal, as most of the streets nearby close for events. While the suggestion was to choose a street-level lot a few blocks away, it was i credibly expensive. We found a cheaper parking garage even closer, that should really be the suggested location for guests. Aside from that, it was a great spot.

It was in a hidden spot but the place was phenomenal! Very safe, quiet and easy to get around

Overall a great place to stay but trying to get a hold of customer service through the APP or even over the phone was hard

Loved the comfy bed and loft appt! They stocked us with dish soap and laundry soap (laundry facility free for your use) in addition to regular toiletries. I had an issue when I got here, but they went above and beyond to get us in a room early. Very impressed with how they handled it. Anthony and Bridget are absolute gems!

Its not great, and its definitely not a hotel. If you stay here, dont expect much other than location.

Great spot. Only drawbacks were a very poor mattress for the pull out couch, and some steep ladder steps up to the loft.

Waited for over an hour to get into the Building Had trouble with your web site. Very unconfortable about sending info online. Was able to cancel other locations.

10/10 would stay again. Great proximity to WAMU.

Lots of noise from unit above. Sounded like they were moving furniture? Lots of noise from the street throughout the night (troubled houseless folks screaming)
