Bathroom was clean and bed was comfy. The shower took forever to drain. Recommend bringing flip flops for the shower.

We like the hotel and the room and the location is convenient for shopping and dining.

The hotel is stunning and in a great location on the water. The staff was not very welcoming or friendly like you would hope. We did enjoy our stay.

Friendly caring staff. Staff called me by named & offered an umbrella when they saw me in pouring down rain outside the hotel. Everything was excellent. Nice getaway.

Charm and southern living to the max!

Great property . Definitely a 5 stars Only amenity missing is the pool. If you have kids it could be an issue. Btw the host hotel in Georgetown ! Will be back . Room 103 has an amazing view

We enjoyed our stay at the George Hotel, although it was on a Monday and most of the restaurants are closed on Monday. We enjoyed the outside bar, rocking chairs, and view of the Marina. We felt the restaurant had a very limited menu and was overpriced. No sandwiches. Will probably visit again other than a Monday and spend more time exploring Front Street.

It was situated by the marina, off the water. Beautiful veiws, great friendly staff. Gorgeous restaurant located in the hotel. I just enjoyed my stay there.
