Convenient location, room needs some fixing up (carpet, bathroom) and mattress.

It’s easier to name the things that are good about this property: comfy bed, soft towels, working fridge, space to park a trailer. Everything else is no bueno.

Unhelpful staff (weird demeanors), broken A/C, and dirty/smelly rooms. Had to involve Expedia to get a room change. Would not recommend.

I was really disappointed with my stay at Elevation Lodge. The room was not clean — the floor was dirty, and the towel in the restroom still had someone else’s hair on it. There was also a bad smell in the room that didn’t go away. The toilet looked old and seemed to have plumbing issues. When I checked out, I mentioned all of this to the receptionist. He said he would let the manager team know, and while I believe he did his best, it felt like a useless response with no real resolution. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

We had a incredibly comfortable stay at Elevation Lodge. We loved our spotless room with amenities like tv. refrigerator and microwave which came handy for food. Lighting in room was adequate and desk came handy. Location of the hotel was great close to famous Heidi's restaurant and CVS store. Neighborhood was peaceful and hotel had an realxed atmophere specially at night.

The person was not in the front desk when we check in but we called and had the key in envelope to get in our room. The room is big and nice, we enjoyed it the first night until someone checked in next to our room in the second night. They talked loud and we could hear everything next door, that means the installation is pretty bad, the wall is thin. So if you have a hard time to sleep like us, I do not recommend this place but overall, the location is good.

We loved everything about stay. The front desk staff was nice and very friendly and allow us to check in early. We loved our room it was clean and very comfortable. Atmosphere of the hotel was really . We had good night sleep and in morning it was very refreshing. Location of the hotel is also a plus for us.

Room was spotless and equipped with amenities like Flat Tv with multiple channels, Iron board, coffee machine and microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful with local recommendation which really helped. Location was nice and we really loved the quiet atmosphere of the hotel.

Upon arrival the temperature of the room was perfect. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Water pressure in shower was good and temperature was great. Location of the property was convenient, walking distance from beach and many restaurants.

De deluxe room was comfy, very clean and with all amenities. Great prices, at least during off season.

We had and an amazing time and it was totally fun staying at this place. It nice and quiet felt really relaxed spending time here. We loved the location of the hotel, many restaurant and stores within walking distance. Would recommend for sure!
