Very bad hotel. Isn’t as described. The room very very small, dirty and unclean . Very small bathroom. Also no elevator , so it’s very hard to carry the luggage to the 5th and 4th floor. Also wi-fi is not working , tv not working. We changed 3 times the room but unfortunately all are in very bad shape. Don’t book in this hotel please

Very nice staff and friendly

The best part about this hotel are the staff. They are excellent and give plenty of recommendations and help. They let me store some extra bags there while I was away for a few days. The points for improvement are the cleaning. While it is not a big problem they don’t to à very complete clean of the rooms. Things such as dust on the floor and water in the bathrooms should be better cleaned. Good location right next to a metro stop

Excellent location in the centre of the city. Close the Casbah and the seafront. Great options for dining. Included breakfast was very handy. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I will never forget the fantastic view from the room.

The great thing about this hotel is it is right in the Casbah neighborhood. It's just such an interesting and historic location, which you are not going to find if you stay in a 4-5 star hotel. The staff is exceptional, and they cannot do enough for you. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. This is not a 4 star property with lots of amenities. It is an old building with a 6 floor walk up, with small rooms and unusual plumbing. If you know that going in, and don't have unreasonable expectations, it is a wonderful place to stay. We had a great experience, overall. Our thanks to the staff!

Great walkable location. Hotel rooms were dirty with black mold. Mattresses were stained and entry door was broken. The staff were extremely once, but couldn’t do anything about it. Breakfast was terrible and the walls were thin, so you can hear everyone

One of the best hotels in Alger ! Sofiane the manager very friendly and welcoming. All staff are amazing!! Afric Hotel in Algiers combines comfort, convenience, and exceptional service, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel provides comfortable and spacious rooms with modern amenities and beautiful city or sea views. Would totally recommend this hotel !!

Great hotel

It is a very basic hotel. Do not expect luxury. The plumbing leaks in the bathroom, noise from the busy casbah neighborhood fills your room but you get to watch life going by from your balcony. Why I am giving 5 stars? Phenomenal service, and cleanliness. Breakfast is realy nothing but cofee and some stale pastries but it is 24 hours available with a refrigerator filled with unlimited water. My husband and I are old. The service the staff provided us will be memorabl. We came back at the end of our two weeks in the country for this service. Thd neighborhood is fascinating even during Ramadan. If we come back, we will stay here again,

The personnal was amazing ... most location ever, 5mn walking from La Casbah and La grande Poste. 10mn from Ali Mendjli metro station. very good deal

Super hôtel dans son jus et personnel super bienveillant et accueillant.

La chambre n'était pas conforme à la photo. Nous avions une chambre triple au lieu de double. Fenêtre qui donne sur un mur. Très sombre. La propreté de la chambre n'est pas du tout au rendez-vous. La serviette de bain était tachee. Chambre pas propre. La salle de bain est horrible. Les toilettes fuyaient.Cela ne vaut pas du tout le prix. Aucun effort. Mini poubelle dans la chambre, poubelle en plastique pour toilettes. Les auberges de jeunesse sont un 5 étoiles comparé à cet hôtel. A fuir... Très déçue.

Hotel sympa Bruyant mais c'est dans l'ambiance de la casbah . La terrasse est agréable a toute heure . Le service est rapide Le petit dejeuner est généreux. Clim,grand lit .. toillette et sdb minimaliste mais pas besoin de plus.

Séjour d'une nuit de passage à Alger. Magnifique hôtel rénové au cœur de la Casbah, la terrasse avec vue est splendide ! Le personnel est serviable. Ne vous étonnez pas si le quartier est bruyant, même la nuit, vous êtes en plein cœur d'un site historique populaire, c'est ce qui fait son charme ! Aussi, on se sent en sécurité, je suis une femme seule et je n'ai pas eu peur dans l'hôtel, il y a des caméras de surveillance partout et le personnel à l'accueil à toujours un œil dessus. Je recommande !

L'hôtel est très bien situé, au coeur de la Casbah, mais il s'agit d'un vieil hotel, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, sur 6 étages c'est compliqué, et il est très bruyant, résonne beaucoup, les clients ne respectent pas la discrétion et les clients qui dorment déjà. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable, petit déjeuner copieux et boissons / cafés à volonté toute la journée.
