Its a bit far from the centre but the hotel is great, very comfortable and fresh rooms, very friendly staff and nice breakfast.

Excellent property

The property itself was excellent, and the staff were superb. Fabulous inclusive breakfast buffet, too. The area is a little out of town, and local construction on a new tram means the neighbourhood is a bit of a mess. No fault of the hotel, obviously. I was attending a gig at Film Studios nearby, so it was very convenient for that.

New property- close to Lindholmen science park

The hotel reception, rooms and breakfast/restaurant area were superb. In the Spa, one sauna was out of order unfortunately. Also with the spa, it's not clear at first but the use of the Spa is not included, you must pay £15 per person, for 2 hours use. The location of the hotel is a quiet, fairly boring area, but you can get transport easily into a more enjoyable area. The hotel staff were not the most polite nor knowledgeable but they did ok. Despite some of the negatives, I would book again and I would recommend.

First class, fairly new. Boat ride across to city centre but close to hotel. Airport bus stops within 5 minute walk. Nice size room and excellent breakfast included. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is lovely, modern and has great breakfast options. The dining options directly around the hotel are limited as is the room service menu so we had to travel into the city to have more dinner options. Around the hotel is a little bit of a construction site so you need to walk 5-10mins to get public transport. Staff were all lovely.

Overall v good; excellent breakfast. But hard to control room temperature; shower position wet the bathroom. Friendly & helpful staffs.

Bland den bästa frukost jag erbjudits. Enda nackdel med hotellet är läget. Långt till centrum och inte mycket rint området.

Jättebra, väldigt hög kvalité på rummen,service och mat. Om det är något jag ska anmärka så är det den ojämna temperaturen i duschen

It‘s a newly built nice hotel.

Fräscht. Ingen baristakunskap och bara mellanmjölk till latten. Tidig incheckning eller sen utcheckning debiteras. Önskat mer flexibilitet när hotellet uppenbart hade ledig kapacitet. Inget strömuttag vid ”arbetsplats” i lobbyn. Ingen smörgåsgurka på frukostbuffén som man vill ha till leverpastejen. Kolsyran slut i kranen vid buffén. Annars fina och bekväma möbler i matsalen. Tunn meny på kvällen. Typ bara hamburgare.

Helt ok men inget speciellt , sjukt dåligt med plats i lobby. Låga bord, svårt att få plats om man tex ska jobba

Vi hade en jättefina vistelse på Clarion Karlatornet. Det var lite lyhört men annars jättetrevligt.

Det var bra! Lite svårt att komma in till stan för oss turister men hotellet i sig var bra. Vi hörde hissen hela natten dock.

God fruskot med stort utbud på mat, dryck, bröd, smör sallader och ägg dock väldigt tråkig, mörk och dyster restaurang att äta frukosten på. Även liten lounge-yta vid receptionen. Hade helt andra förväntningar om hotellet.
