Firstly the host is wonderfully, and reply’s very fast! The views of this appartement were breathtaking, location parking were awesome. Everything was almost perfect only thing is there is no decent coffeemachine and an old tv but that’s it. Thank you very much Miguel for the experience! Would definitely recommand

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. I stayed in the deluxe two bedroom apartment with two friends. We had a beach front view which was amazing. The location couldn’t be better - it was an easy (although long) bus from the airport, only 4 mins walk from the bus stop/Aldi, and 15 seconds from the beach. Communication with the owner was very easy and done through WhatsApp - he was very nice and responsive. On the other hand, the AC only worked in the living room area so the bedrooms got quite hot. The apartment could benefit from a few upgrades in the kitchen and bathroom specifically. Lastly, the apartment smelled musty almost like there had been water damage and there could be mold. Overall, we had a great experience here. The apartment was nice and in a great location - just probably needs some renovations to take care of the musty/dirty water smell.

We had a great stay in the flat overlooking the sea! Very comfy for me and my two grown up kids wheras my other daughter stayed with her family in a hotel nearby. Nice surroundings, however very touristic. Many restaurants, bars and shops nearby.

Although we booked Alamos Apartments the deluxe 2 bed one we were initially given was clearly not as per the photos/description so the manager moved us to another in the block nearer the sea called Playa Verde which was much better and actually had the sea view promised (and a great one from the 7th floor!)

Enjoyed our stay, would benefit from an upgrade in the kitchen and bathroom. But overall very clean and has everything you need. Quiet at night.

Vi reste två vuxna med två vuxna barn. Lägenheten var perfekt för oss. Rymlig och ett fungerande kök. Väldigt nära till stranden. Stor balkong mot havet som låg i skugga stor del av dagen, vilket vi uppskattade då det blivit väldigt varmt annars. Det var lugnt runt bostaden på kvällarna. Miguel som var värd svarade alltid omgående om vi hade frågor. Det vi saknade var ett bättre Wi-Fi samt lite mer utrustning i köket. Sängarna i det ena rummet var väldigt hårda. Den gratis transfern som ingår är den kommunala bussen som går mellan flygplatsen och Cala Millor Vi skulle absolut välja att bo där igen.

Jeg synes det er et super lækkert sted at bo, centralt og 100 meter til stranden, der er pænt og rent på værelserne. Selv gaderne bliver fejet og støvsuget hver dag. Et hyggeligt og dejligt sted, med masser af restauranter og et stort udbud af gode ordentlige forretninger.

The property was bigger than expected and we had a lot of space. Everything was clean and easy to use. ¡Great stay!

the property is in an excellent location and very spacious with a large balcony I found the beds very comfortable the apartments were a little dated but that was not a problem a little noisy at times as near some local bars but it was only talking so no to bad

Sehr gute und große Wohnung, 30 m von See entfernt. Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, Kommunikation über WhatsApp funktionierte perfekt. Leichte Nachteil ist, dass das Haus ist schon etwas veraltet, alles ist aber sauber.

Miguel was a fantastic host. He sorted everything out quickly and efficiently. Room basic but clean. Needs updating especially the bathroom which I think had the oldest shower head I’ve ever seen. Great location at a good price. I would stay again but not in the standard apartment. I think they have superior rooms which looked much better.

Absolut perfekte Lage. Kommunikation mit Miguel hat perfekt geklappt. Der Zustand des Apartments ist in Ordnung und reicht völlig aus.

Not given the entry code. Told there at 2-5pm. Had to ring. No internet code given. Told to ask Apt 4 or 8 for internet code. Neither available. Finally got car park remote next day. Unprofessional and all phone credit used up trying to get info that should have been accessible on day one. Superb cleaners. Very noisy as you are right in the middle of the shops and all night people talking loudly and noisy cars. Mosquitos drove us crazy. Not enough hot water for 2 people let alone 4. Nothing to wipe sink down. Changed towels every 2 days. All info could have been given when payment received eg door/internet code and remote left with paperwork at desk if not bothering to meet and greet.

Overall the experience was positive. The weather during the holiday (July 2014) was good. As requested by the owners we phoned the hotel on arrival in Majorca to let them know when we were likely to arrive (early afternoon). Upon arrival we were asked to leave our suitcases outside the building whilst check in details were being taken. We thought this strange and we're even more surprised when we were taken to a residential building across the road (above a restaurant). We perceive that we have not actually stopped at the alamos apartments and were in an overflow accommodation. The advertised safe, lift , in room wifi were not available. Wi fi was eventually given after 2 days but this was linked to a nearby hotel (Sabina). As a result the connection was very poor and in reality only useable from the beach which is closer to the Sabina hotel. The advertised sea view was only accessible by leaning over the balcony. On the positive side the room was spacious with a good sized balcony and cleaned every 2 days. The location was also good - close to shopping , restaurants, bars and beach. Despite being above a restaurant the area was quiet on an evening. The room facilities were adequate. The staff attitude to cleaning was efficient to the point of being ridiculous. At 9.30 am precisely they arrived to do either a full clean or just change the towels. If we chose the clean we had to sit on the balcony and it was made clear that we must stay out of the way on the balcony.

Parfait. Idéalement situé à Cala Millor. Beaucoup de commerces à proximité et la plage à 50 mètres.

Probably one of our best stay ever. We had a fantastic stay 2 adults abd 2 kids (9 andd 12). The view was fantastic, the proximity to the beach awesome, the appartment was really clean, had a nice and large balcony, the aircondition really worked, it was a dream to come home after a hot day at the beach. Any issue was handled proffessionaly and with speed by Miguel and his staff. We will love to.come back and stay again at Apartementos Los Alamos!

The apartment itself is big enough. It only needs some tlc. F.e. some bedlights would be fine. Furthermore the bathroom needs to be painted and also the window should be renewed as well as the showerhead . The doors to the terrace are not easy to open.You need to lift them. The bed was ok but the blankets should be renewed. There's a sofa but it is not relaxed sitting. For us 10.00 check out is early . All the other apartments we have rented have a check out time of 11.00 or 12.00 o'clock. An absolutely plus is the parkingspace as well as the situation nearby the beach and restaurants. Miguel was a nice host.
