Well positioned hotel close to Heathrow with clean simple modern rooms and pleasant common areas both inside and outside. Limited free on street parking is an additional bonus for those on site early enough.

Very clean and tidy place breakfast was good as well. Would recommend.

Pleasantly surprised, very nice hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had air conditioning—which was a lifesaver with the high temperatures in London this weekend. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the train station. There's on-site parking available for £20, but we found free parking just outside the hotel as well.

The hotel owners and staffs were all very welcoming, heartwarming, had pleasant smiles and very accomodating.. very helpful in every way and treated us as a family. They are the best experience we ever had in our very first-ever stay in London and will surely come back to stay there again. The hotel is very posh and full of history, very detailed with interiors. What I like most is the bidet and the shower head and of course the full ENGLISH breakfast every day that we always look forward to..thank you so much for this wonderful experience and for the good friendship and story you shared about your hotel, KUDOS!!! More POWER!!!! We will surely See you soon…

The room and staff were very nice and accommodating (allowed us a late checkout to sync up with our departing flight that day). The surrounding area, however, does not appear to be the best. My friend and I decided to walk the 1 mile from the train to the hotel at night hoping to stop and eat, but the area was not clean and didn’t appear to be the safest. Definitely recommend to take a taxi/ Uber/ bus.

Excellent staff !! Excellent rooms !! Amazing bathroom!! Air-conditioned!!! Super clean!!! The only hitch was that parking was first come first served and the parking available was sometimes super tight or you had to park on the road. It wasn't a big issue though, I stayed with family for 4 nights had an issue with parking only once.

This hotel is super cute, clean nd comfy. We did not have much time to enjoy it and had some rough time with our flights that made us only have a quick stop, but everyone in the staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended! Thank you!!

Everything was great and our stay most pleasant

Lovely boutique hotel about 5 miles to the airport. We chose this hotel because of the location and honestly that may be it's only down fall. The area is not the best and driver questioned us when we were arriving in the area. The people who run the hotel are very nice and accommodating. We had food delivered one night and the young man working opened the dining room for us so we didn't have to eat in the room. Who does this? The coffee bar downstairs is very nice too and enjoyed hearing about the transformation of the hotel from the owner. All the rooms are modern with up scaled fixtures. Very nice. There is no elevator/lift so keep this in mind if you have mobility issues.

Lovely small and friendly hotel. Room was comfortable, clean and well finished. Check in was easy and communication with the hotel and receptionist was warm and friendly. Breakfast the next day was tasty too!

Room was a modular style, very compact, and well equipped. Hairdryer in bathroom. Kettle, small fridge, TV.

Room was hot. We complained numerous times about AC and it was never turned on. In addition toilet malfunctioned. After flushing , it continued to run. Only after making repeated inquires did they repair on our last date. Photos look nice, but bmnothing seemed to work.

Me and my daughter really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be returning next time we are in London. Would highly recommend.
