My staff had to change hotel.

This hotel is in a very convenient location. I was not driving. The staff were very friendly. However, it is a budget hotel and one cannot expect 5 star.facilities.

Overall great stay with very friendly staff. Unfortunately our room was not air conditioned. The temperature at night was 29° which was very hot to sleep in. Staff provided us with a portable cooling fan but that only brought the temperature down to 27° Other rooms next to ours had fully functioning units and much lower temperatures. I asked to borrow one of their units since the rooms were not occupied between check out and check in times (~4 hours during the day) but that seemd to be too much to ask...

Good atmosphere, friendly staff, water in Lobby. Quaint & located on major shopping street. I would return, but beware for larger people who might feel cramped in bath/toilette, and stairs to the Hotel.

The staff was amazing and the rooms were beautiful.

Ok for the budget traveler.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights, as a base for exploring Genoa and the Cinque Terre. On the plus side, the location was convenient, within walking distance from both the city centre and the train station. The room was spacious enough but the shower was extremely small, barely enough for a normal-sized person. The most annoying aspect was the existence of too many confusing rules regarding check-in, check-out, room keys etc, all arising from the fact that there is no night lobby service. What's worse, these rules were often communicated to us in a bossy and rude manner from some of the staff. The management should understand that people coming to the hotel for holidays do not like to be bossed-around and want their stay to be simple and relaxing. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

Very convinient location close to train station and city center. Although there is no breakfast available at hotel there are many coffee shops near by. Room was big and comfortable for 4 but bathroom too small and noisy . Overall very good price and very convinient to use Genova for day trips to surrounding area.

The Hotel was perfectly clean and comfortable. Will definitely return. It is of course in an old building (as you would expect since about 99% of the buildings in genova are old buildings). That is what makes Genova so interesting.! Staff was so accommodating and nice. Internet worked great. Everything was perfect. It is not even worth mentioning as these kinds of Hotels simply have small bathrooms - but just so that nobody can say that I was not honest. . . the bathroom is small - the shower is very small - and none of that matters. It is all perfectly adequate.

We had got the biggest room, loved it very much! Location is amazing, just what you need in a busy town, close to shops, sightseeing's, market! will definitely recommend thi9s apartments and location to my friends! Thanks to Daniela who took great care of us, explaining everything, guiding us where to go and what to see. Many thanks for your hospitality!

I’m doing this review for the staff, they were fantastic. A great knowledge of the local area and willing to help out in anyway possible. Explaining where to eat to finding a historical building. Even when checking out they made sure to look after our belongings and wanted us to have a safe onward journey. The rooms were okay, perfect for a night or two if you’re looking for somewhere cheap. 9/10 lovely little place with excellent staff!

The checkin was quick and staff were super friendly. However, the heating was non-existent!! It was so cold; they said the heating would automatically switch on as it was set on a timer. It was very low heat so they gave us a space heater which we were asked to return as others needed it and there was only one! We hardly slept due to the cold and the uncomfortable beds and pillows. The private bathroom was built into a closet in the room and felt so fragile. Shower was tiny! STAY away.

Catalogado de hotel pero más bien es un hostal. Era un piso con habitaciones que se oye todo. Tuvimos suerte de que los huéspedes que habían eran silenciosos, pero como haya alguien que hable allí no duerme nadie. La puerta de entrada no es nada práctica si vas con carro de bebé. La zona está llena de tiendas, pero restaurantes muy pocos

Das Zimmer ist zwar klimatisiert, aber die Leitung nach draußen ist nur temporärisch. Zimmer riecht zu fest nach Duft. Die Lage ist gut man ist schnell in die Stadt

Direkt in der Einkaufsstraße gelegen, sehr guter Ausgangspunkt. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, entweder auf einem Parkplatz oder in einer Seitenstraße. Haus und Zimmer etwas älter, aber es ist alles vorhanden, auch eine Klimaanlage. Nahe am Hafen. Für uns prima, denn wir mussten morgens zur Fähre. Dame vor Ort sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
