The place was filthy, and I reached out to infomr the company and they didn't even have the decency to respond back to me. Felt very disrespected.

This property is right in the middle between bay side & ocean side; so you can choose rolling waves, or calm waters! Within walking distance to several food options! Close to Sea World, so it was very convenient! The unit was cute, had a beautiful patio, and was supplied pretty well in the kitchen (a pair of scissors would be helpful to remove tags from all those souvenirs!). Beach chairs, a couple boogie boards were there already, & we left some sand toys! Parking! Parking is an issue, ESPECIALLY if you are out late! This is the only thing that may deter me staying again, due to mobility issues! If you are comfortable walking 1/2 mile or more late at night, this won’t be an issue! We were a group of 3 women & a child, two with restricted mobility! So the only stressful part of our stay! We did have an issue with ants as soon as we arrived, but it was late so we decided to wait and contact management until the next morning; we then realized early the next morning that the outdoor shower wouldn’t shut off completely! I contacted them before 8am and within an hour someone came by and fixed the shower. Not sure if they sprayed outside for the ants (nobody came in), but we did continue to see ants throughout our stay. (Not totally uncommon for the area). So ant spray would be something helpful to have in the unit. I would totally recommend for any active family!
