Always comfortable staying here.. yesterday there was a little problem with the stained bedsheet.. and now the lift can be used, so it's much better..

Clean and comfortable, delicious food

The shower in the bathroom turned off while I was taking a shower, when I checked out, the receptionist just said "why is it like that again" without any apology or anything.. the effort is also on the 3rd floor with stairs even though there is an elevator..

The staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable, still new. I really liked the interior.

clean room, nice and tidy room, comfortable bed, what we think needs to be improved is the availability of communication tools in the form of telephone so it is difficult to get a wake up call service even though there are staff on standby 24 hours. In addition, the toiletries provided are only soap in the form of a bar of soap and toothbrush + toothpaste, there is no shampoo.

The air conditioner is leaking, please check the door, it still uses a regular key, not a card.

The staff is friendly and accomondating. The hotel is very nice. The room is nice. The bathroom is not very clean (just needs a little more proper cleaning). The beds are good. Good value for money

It's normal for the price to be expensive.

Disappointed that there is no toilet or room tissue, no drink maker or dispenser, only 2 bottles of Aqua. A little soap, no elevator even though it's on level 3, not suitable for the elderly.

The hotel is really good because it's on promo and you can get the final price <200k. The only drawbacks are that there is no phone/WhatsApp number that can be contacted to the receptionist if you need something, there is a leak in the toilet bidet, and the TV doesn't have a Netflix account so you have to log in using your own account. The rest of the service and others are okay.
