Overall it's quite good, only that on the bathroom wall there is still a hole in the water pipe so when you turn on the tap, the water in the pipe also leaks, then the hot water doesn't turn on either. The apartment unit is a bit dusty and stuffy maybe because there are rarely any guests staying there.
