Un lugar muy relajado y tranquilo. Excelente servicio por parte de recepción. El único detalle es que no realizaron la limpieza diaria que indica la descripción del lugar. De ahí en fuera todo bien. Volvería a hospedarme aquí.

The guy who takes care it’s very friendly and goes beyond to service and greet customers

We had a really large group (around 50 people) and the staff was super accommodating and helpful. Its a beautiful little gem of a beachfront property, I would definitely stay there again.

The staff that work there are exceptional, they go above and beyond if there is any issues that arise during your stay.

Beautiful view

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Wendy Murillo was especially helpful getting the missing blinds in our unit replaced, as well as finding a toaster oven for the kitchen, which was missing when we arrived. The place shows some wear, and was not very clean. We did not have a car and there are no nearby establishments that are walkable, as far as restaurants and grocery stores. A car and a 15-20 minute drive to Puerto Morelos or Playa del Carmen are necessary to find any stores. The "fully stocked kitchen" left a lot to be desired. There was no oven, and the gas stove top was only half-functional. Very minimal as far as pots, pans, and cooking tools. We had planned on cooking our food the three nights we stayed there, but it was challenging, given the lack of needed kitchen tools. The beachfront location is beautiful, and our daughter loved the pool. I loved the rooftop hot tubs. The location is safe, but remote.

Great property quite relaxing great for families .

Excellent place! Amazing location right on the beach. Quiet and peaceful away from the crowds. Clean and spacious rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful, Francisco…what can I say, the best!❤️Most of the outdoor furniture/loungers could use a refresh and cleaning. Since the place is not walking distance to any stores, if they sold drinks (beer😁 /snacks maybe even finger foods this place would be a 10/10.

View was amazing but, parking is a little inconvinient and long unpaved roads to unit.

No Restaurant or store less than ten miles. Not even a Coke machine in the hotel.Most of the time no one at the front desk. The cleaning staff was great.

Beach front

Beautiful space. Right on the beach. A bit remote unless you have a rental car. So bring food with!! I’d return.

Beautiful location! We loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. The property is new and beautiful with many lovely places to hang out and watch the ocean view. The rooftop deck is particularly stunning.

Mejor lugar que pude encontrar para pasar una hermosa semana en familia ❤️, el lugar es hermoso, los departamentos cuentan con lo necesario para poder cocinar en ellos, accesibilidad a toallas para la alberca, excelente servicio de limpieza, departamentos modernos con una hermosa vista al mar, y de la terraza un lugar con una vista hermosa, la amabilidad del personal, parqueadero accesible para los coches, es un ligar tranquilo y relajante!!! Ubicacion perfecta, entre puerto morelos, que tienen barrera entonces la playa siempre esta limpia, y cerca de playa der carmen hacia el otro lado para ir a cenar o actividades. Por supuesto que regresaremos!!!
