Clean, quiet and excellent service

Really beautiful property with the most helpful staff. The hotel is a 5 min walk to the airport but there is also a hotel shuttle included with the stay. They were able to accommodate a very early morning made-to-order breakfast (7am) before our flight and were even 10 mins early! The beds inside the room are very comfortable and the bathroom is very modern and clean with great hot water. AC is strong and made for a good night’s sleep. I will stay here again if in need of an accommodation close to the airport!

I love that it's a historical building. It has a lot of charm. It is near the central square, so you can walk there. Like that, they encouraged us to leave the key at the front desk, didn't have to worry about losing it. The transfer to and from the airport was easy and at a fair price. Breakfast was lovely

We stayed in room 101. Ac was not working, told front desk 3 time and they only went in and turn ac back on. Room was hotter than hallway. Hated it, not coming for sure. Also, having to register minors was not necessary! Terrible decision to reserve at this place!

The staff were English speaking and very helpful. Anytime I’m visiting Guatemala City, I will stay here.

Friendly staff and good private rooms

It was conveniently close to the airport. We arrived at night so they picked us up from the airport and brought us back to the hotel which was also included in the service. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Enjoyed eating the breakfast that was included on the rooftop. Definitely would recommend!

This place is very close to the airport and has a shuttle. They had a nice breakfast.

This is probably not the best hotel from which to explore the city, but if you need a very nice, very comfortable place to stay before or after a flight, L'Aurora is great. Breakfast is great, too.

I liked our stay, the front staff was courteous. I also like that they have a shuttle available.

The hotel is 2 minutes from airport and they have shuttle service, included, and breakfast made to order. Nice outdoor patio space on 2nd floor and beds and linens were very nice.

It is a great place to stay if have to go to the airport

This was the perfect place to stay because we had a late night arriving flight and we had to go to the airport again in the morning to our destination. Hotel is super close to the airport and they send somebody to pick you up. It is comfortable place with friendly staff. If you just have a couple nights at the airport, this is a great choice.
