Great stay!

Great location. Very small rooms, no hot water or water pressure, no WiFi, very loud at night and very hot.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, beds for each kid and being right on the Plaza de arms was awesome to get out and enjoy Cusco. Great location for a hotel.

We booked for 3 nights. Staffs was nice and helpful. We unlucky, got room No.300 on 3rd floor. Bad atmosphere, many hairs on bed and very where. Bathroom was small and dirty, slowly to drain in shower area. NO Signals for wifi connected. We got sick after one night. We decided to check out and find new Hotel in around there. They tried to change a new room for us but we got sick and feeling bad already, can't wait. Other rooms may be good but we were unlucky.

very clean and convient, the location is very safe. Lots of tourist police every where. They even have local tour operators and free walking tour operators at the front door. Along with ample restaurants and money changers within 1 min walk. Overall the property is beautiful, the breakfast has made to order eggs, sausage, french toast, reg toast, coffee, tea, fruits and ham and cheese etc.

love this place. clean, flexible, friendly and so conveniently located right on the main plaza. you can store luggage for free if you leave for few days ( we went trekking) and have reservation on your return. they also have coco leave tea all you can drink. the room is very small and no refrigerator or hair dryer but we did not need them. hot water for shower.

Is right there in plaza de armas friendly stuff helpful in every way

The staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean, breakfast was good, the location was fantastic. Overall, would totally come back and stay here.

Clean hotel with friendly staff & rights off the central square! Rooms are a little loud, given that the inner courtyard echoes. Worth it for the price point though!

Good location if you want to be in the heart of all the Cusco action.

Excellent location on the Plaza, no better place to stay for convenience No in room facilities like a fridge ect. but that wasn't an issue for us.

Great location

We stayed three nights at the hotel, while we explored Cusco. The hotel was functional and nice, and the staff outstanding. Arriving late (5:00 am) was no problem. Excellent location.

Booked and then was informed at 3;30 in the morning the day before Check in that they had no rooms.

Room 300, hot water only lasts about 4 minutes for the shower. The staff seems ok with that.

I don't want to discredit the staff at all. They were really nice. But the hotel itself was no. Let's start with the fact that you can hear EVERYTHING outside of your hotel room. It was so loud. The water would turn off right in the middle of our shower. The electricity would go out sometimes. I would not recommend.

Excellent location at the historical center in Cusco. Very efficient and corteous personnel. Special congratulations to Manuel for the special mix of flavors and emotions he combines with his food. A big hug for him and Annie for their unforgettable service.
