The location of the Pink Palm was unexpected, the hill made transportation, walking and driving, to and from the hotel a huge challenge and inconvenient. The property itself was nice, my room was very spacious, although the bathroom was small and the floor was not very clean. The view from the pool deck was a highlight and I had a wonderful meal in the restaurant on the evening of my arrival, unfortunately these were the only highlights. The restaurant is very small, only one staff person was friendly there. On my second night the restaurant shut down early with no notice or explanation which left me hungry, that was terrible. Customer service from most of the staff and management was very much lacking during my stay. I noticed that they catered to select visitors which was more than unacceptable. Considering there rate, I expected much better quality and certainly better service. I requested that management contact me and was told that she would call me, that never happened. It was disappointing. I plan to visit St. Thomas again, however, I will definitely not stay at the Pink Palm Hotel again. My star rating was not lower only because of the two kind staff people I encountered.

This stay exceeded our expectations. This is the only hotel I will stay in while visiting St. Thomas. The food was great as well

So I stayed here for my first solo trip and I am so happy I did. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. It overlooks St Thomas and you’ll have a beautiful view no matter where you’re standing. The rooms are sooo nice and each room has a sitting area right outside so its like a patio/balcony vibe, so cute. The only thing is there are alot of unleveled steps so heads up. They offer a complimentary breakfast buffet which was very nice. Also the front desk person Kim was very helpful, she would send me a text each day just checking if I needed anything for the day. I would absolutelyyyyyy stay here again, solo or with a partner.

We had a wonderful time there. Only for a night. Wish we had more time there.

I enjoyed my stay. Great view, surprisingly quiet for being so close to the city, and attentive staff.

Loved my experience here . It was the second hotel for the last day of my trip and I would definitely return and recommend this hotel . The complementary drinks were pretty yummy! I ordered some food to-go from the restraint on the property to take in my flight for my husband and I, the burger, cauliflower nuggets and chicken sandwich hit the spot ! We were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The only down side to this property is the location not being right on the beach . Cabs did come very quick, like within 5-7 mins of requesting one. Checkout was a breeze and so was extending for a later checkout . Super cool text feature that came in handy communicating with customer service.

This is an amazing hotel! Just note, the can drops you off about a block away and there are several steps. However, so so good! Make sure to say hi to Ben, the bartender /comedian.

Very cool property but needs a bit of work. If you don’t need a perfect room or amenities - the staff and view far make up for it!

The property was beautifu, with a great view. It is located in a very hilly area and there are lots of stairs. If that's not a problem for you it is perfect stay.

Great property with amazing views but it’s in the side of a mountain so be prepared for stairs on the property and inclines to and from the hotel

The Pink Palm is a beautiful and picturesque boutique hotel located in the heart of the old city. It’s very convenient to walk to town but if you are driving the parking situation is less than ideal. Also, be aware there are lots of stairs. The hotel is thoughtfully decorated and the views are gorgeous. Definitely great for those Instagram shots! The only drawback was breakfast left a lot to be desired and for the resort fee that is paid, I was expecting more. It was only eggs, bread, pork(which I cannot eat), and fruit. The rooms were fun and comfortable.

It’s a beautiful property and the rooms were great. The restaurant was very very good and I highly recommend it. It should be noted that the hotel is situated on a very steep hill and there are very many steps to climb, even from the rooms up to the restaurant. Not suitable for those who can’t manage stairs. Otherwise it’s delightful.
