Very nice staff, very attentive and was very helpful

It was a very nice property in a nice neighborhood. The pizza place down the street has been by far the best pizza I have tried.

This boutique hotel was great! The staff was very nice and answered all of our questions. The only issue was the TV in the room did not work or the WiFi. The WiFi was on and off. Our room was on the second floor. There is no elevator so be ready to go up and down stairs.

This hotel was dirty and very old inside. The beds were hard and we found bugs in the restroom. The pictures were very deceiving. I was disappointed

Great stay in a nice neighborhood in Guanajuato

Beautiful hotel. Room was great but no hot water and pressure was not existent. Upon check out, we were accused of eating chocolate from the room which we did not. Asked to comp us breakfast or something for the lack of hot water and we were sadly told they could offer us nothing.

Our stay there was an absolute nightmare. The manager was beyond rude and aggressive. We were charged 500 dlls for “damages” (our baby threw up on the sheets) and when we asked to reconsider the charge, the manager called the police and threaten us to take us to jail unless we paid. We paid under duress and left the hotel with one night still pending on our stay. I contacted Expedia directly but the agent didn’t offer any solution and recommended to contact the local authorities. The place is absolutely beautiful but the manager and staff are on a power trip and we didn’t feel safe staying there. I reported this to Expedia, and the local tourism authorities but haven’t gotten any answers back. This was the second time staying there and the first time the same manager was not very nice in her demeanor and customer service, but since the place is beautiful, we decided to give it a chance. I would stay away from that place until they fix how they treat their guests. Again they called the police on us because we told them the cleaning fee was absolutely excessive and were almost thrown in jail. The worst nightmare I’ve ever encounter and I am a seasoned traveler.

Got to the hotel at 2pm and were told our room wasn’t ready yet. We decided to wait and sat at the tables outside of reception. At exactly 3pm they told us our room was ready. We were then given the room right next to reception where we had been sitting. Nobody had walked in or out of the room in that entire hour. I understand checkin is at 3 but that’s pretty ridiculous. There were some (body) hairs on the floor of the bathroom that definitely weren’t ours but otherwise room was ok and the attached restaurant is great.

Beautiful hotel and great staff.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Not in downtown, but quite convinient if you have a car. The restaurant is extraordinary.

Classy place located in a quiet area away from noise and bustle of historic center. Good AC. Does require reasonable price Uber Into historic center.
