Beautiful hotel in the heart of Hydra. Used to be a sponge factory in the early 1900, it has maintained the original features and the details of the whole property are just beautiful. Breakfast is excellent as well

This is a magnificent place to stay in Hydra. Incredibly comfortable, stylish, historic and perfectly positioned. It’s the best accommodation on the island.

Loved the pool! Extremely friendly and polite staff all around. Delicious breakfast buffet and egg menu. Very happy with my lovely stay here

We had a standard room so recommend a different room if you ate 80+ or if disabled. The bathroom is on lower level, with steep stone stairs to the upper floor (bedroom), feels a bit like a loft. And there are no hand rails. However, the room was spacious and it is an old lovely building. The gardens are quiet with a very nice pool and area in which to laze/rest/read. The breakfast was great, lots to choose from. Location was a short walk from ferry drop off - no need for donkey/cart to carry your luggage, you can walk it.

This hotel was amazing. Very charming old world style, with a beautiful pool and incredible breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be sure to come back!!

A beautiful hotel minutes in the heart of Hydra, moments from the port and close to restaurants, coffee shops and other attractions. The staff is super-friendly and helpful, and a delicious breakfast is included. Can't think of anything we didn't like their. A wonderful hotel in a perfect location.

The perfect retreat to spend a blissful 3 days on Ydra. Location was excellent and having time to relax around the private pool was invaluable. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We went as a group of 7 friends and all said we'd love to return

What an amazing hotel!! The staff are all so lovely and can’t do enough during your stay. The breakfast is so delicious. Don’t make the mistake we made, and save dinner at the restaurant for the last night, because the food is extraordinary!! The location is ideal for walks along the harbour and all the major walking routes. The only minor thing I would change is heating the pool - but not a huge issue.

What a stay! I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. The staff was accommodating, the room clean and inviting, and the restaurant top-notch. This is Greek hospitality at its finest. The breakfast (included) was spectacular, and we loved the restaurant so much we had lunch there. Hydra is a dream island, a world away from the bustle of Athens. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Quiet, rustic, fit with island vibe.

What a beautiful little hotel! Our room was lovely, comfortable and quiet. The pool area is very pretty. While we were visiting, the jasmine, which surrounds the dining and pool area, was blooming. The whole area smelled so wonderful! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just steps from the waterfront on a quiet side street. We had a lovely visit. I would definitely stay again.

Really an unique property for our stay in Hydra with some old world charm. Hotel accommodated our early check in and held our bags for our late ferry departure. Our included breakfast was fantastic.

OMG. Where to start? 3 minute walk from ferry port. Staff super sweet, welcoming and attentive. The rooms were impecable, complete amenities, rooms had aesthetic/romantic vibes with views to the pool and multiple courtyards. The breakfast was out of this world. DO NO STAY ONLY ONE NIGHT*** This place is totally worth experiencing for at least 2 nights. No AC unit, just heating available. We were there during the spring and it go pretty cold early in the morning. Mini fridge in room. Water can get super hot. They greeted us with a house made lemonade with some ginger and cucumber. We truly had a magical time during our stay. Super quiet and tranquil.

This is a lovely property. The pool area is lovely to sit by however the water in uncomfortably cold. The breakfast are a feast for the eyes. Just wonderful and eating outside in the courtyard was a perfect start to the day. Our room was not what I would have preferred. The bedroom was upstairs and the bathroom downstairs. The bed was very low on one side making it difficult to get out of. Spoke with a young couple and their room was all on one level. The location is perfect. Right near all the restaurants and shops.
