We had a basic room (average amount of space, etc) Came with mini bar but no coffee in room. Shower leaked on bathroom flood and hair dryer did not work. Room key is required to keep lights on (and only one was provided for 2 people). Did not use pool or spa. Village is quite nice, location of hotel was good for visitors going to castle, other sites.

Needed a credit card to get in it was raining and I was kicked out until 17:00. The room was really dirty and had bugs in it and the bed sheet had blood on it for some reason! The shared bathroom was small and gross. Not a nice place!

What a fabulous town, we only decided to stay here to tick another country off, and chose this hotel as it was really well priced and in the the heart of the town.Hotel was great, breakfast was varied and it has it's own steakhouse restaurant which i would highly recommend.

The location was scenic and quaint. The shared properties and restaurants were easily accessible and unique. There is practically nothing else to do or see in this tiny area but it is a nice location to explore the Ardennes.

everthing was very good however the toilet was separate and very small also the light in the bathroom was controlled by a movement sensor and would go out while in the toilet and some one else would have to come in the bathroom to get it switched on

Very friendly receptionist who spoke excellent English. Hotel was amazing, very stylish and quite unique. We stayed in a comfort room which was great. Can only imagine what the other rooms would be like. No great toiletries, just a soap dispenser in the shower and next to the basin. No air con in our bedroom which, for a hotel of this calibre was disappointing, but there was in the breakfast room. Huge variety of food on offer and looked amazing. We can't eat the traditional continental breakfast, but the pastries, cake etc were plentiful and there was also a menu to choose from I.e. sweet pancakes, egg omelette etc. Husband said the coffee was great and I had a China teapot for my tea. There was free Wi-Fi which worked brilliantly and a decent sized flat screen t.v.which had BBC 1 and BBC 2. Bit surreal watching Casualty while in a hotel in a lovely town in Luxembourg ! There was secure underground parking which was free too. Didn't have time to use the pool and spa as we were only overnight stayers but should imagine it was just as amazing as the rest of the hotel. Overall a wonderful experience and, if we ever get to go back, will make sure we go for a higher grade room and use the pool etc.for an even better experience.

The hotel was overall good, but my "double" room had two single beds pushed together with 2 separate and very small duvets. Breakfast was excellent.

Be careful before reserving here! We received a non-ventilated room overlooking a busy shopping courtyard, we were told that there were ventilated rooms in the hotel but none were available. We spent a hot, stuffy night with a noisy fan they gave us as background music, a bit disappointing.

This hotel was in a perfect location, right in the city centre! It had parking very near the hotel and it had s very nice interior appearance. The wellness area was superb it included a nice size gym and a multiple type sauna area with pool and jacuzzi all indoors. My wife and I loved our stay!

I'm not sure about this hotel. There are parts we loved, and parts that were just not great. We loved the little square that the hotel sat in. The castle with the museums is right next door, and statues to the soldiers of WWII were there too. The hotel staff was friendly, and the bed was decent, but not great. We found the windows not very soundproof, and the shower had mildew everywhere. The shower doors are impossible to move around in order to get in the shower, and the bathtub you stand in for your shower is very slippery. The parking garage is teeny tiny, and we have a Mini Cooper! The whole parking process is more than confusing. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel because there were some bakeries on the town square that we found very enjoyable to eat in. We would stay here again, but I just hope that the hotel can have the staff do a much better job at cleaning the tiles in the shower.

Loved it at this hotel. Would have stayed at others in this chain except it is family run and only one. Fully recommend this hotel. Great value for money and very friendly staff.

Everything was great. If back in the area, for sure I will go back. Just don't forget to mention if you need a parking spot.

Hard to find entrance. Reception was upstairs then down a long corridor. Clervaux is a stunning village so view from room was great. Bars/restaurants limited but ok. We we there as a quiet stop on way driving further south.
