Great location and service

Everything about this stay was fantastic. From pre-coordinating airport transfer, to the friendliest check in, to the included breakfast and daily housekeeping. It was a quiet location close to the main area and easy to get to. The staff were superb, really completing the amazing experience. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

A Pleasant Surprise in the Heart of Mexico City I booked Vuestro Hotel without knowing anything about it — I just needed a place to stay for two nights in Mexico City and decided to take a chance. What a pleasant surprise it turned out to be! Located on a quiet street in a typical city neighborhood, this urban hotel makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. The front desk staff welcomes you warmly and professionally, setting the tone for an excellent stay. The hotel has four floors and a cozy lobby that also serves as the dining area. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the comforts you would expect from a five-star hotel. Breakfast is included, delicious, and served with great care. The location is fantastic — central but tucked away from the city’s noise, making it perfect for relaxing after a busy day. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, style, and outstanding service in Mexico City.

Friendly helpful staff. Convenient location and spacious rooms. However, rooms need to be soundproofed or noise curfew needs to be enforced. In room 302, on Saturday night, loud music coming into the room. Notified the staff at midnight and music ceased at approximately 12:30.

Great hotel. Very clean and new. Great service. Across the street from some nice cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to everything on our itinerary.

I had booked this hotel last minute( literally an hour before arriving to Mexico City) and I had no regrets. The hotel was super clean, conveniently located to castillo Chapultepec, Polanco and all the areas we wanted to see. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Definitely will be coming back!

Clean, spacious, very comfortable bed and pillows, simple breakfast with very nice team working, not noisy, close to whatever you need.

The Vuestro is really well located, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is solid (especially in a city that does not wake up early). Only things keeping it from being 5-stars for us were: 1. You have to run the shower for 5-10 minutes to get hot water, which feels wrong in a city that is desperate for water overall; 2. You have to specifically ask for them to make up your room. I'm totally used to saving towels, but was surprised after our first day in town when we had no made beds; and 3. I have no idea how to control the air conditioner in the room, but to be fair, we never asked the front desk for help there (the front desk is awesome, btw).

Highly recommend this hotel! Great value for money, the best option in the area. Everything is clean, and the service is excellent. Will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay here a lot! It’s definitely a hidden gem in CDMX - well located with many restaurants / cafes in walkable distance, modern design with ample light, nice free breakfast and super friendly staff! We will definitely choose this lovely boutique hotel again next time!

Wonderful boutique hotel that may have been an apartment building at one point considering its locations within a residential neighborhood. We spent 5 days there and felt like locals. Beautifully designed with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Neighborhood is quiet and walking distance to the reforma and lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
