Just as advertised

Check in was tricky because it is techno based and I was unfamiliar with the process but owner was quick to respond and very accommodating. Bed was super comfortable and grounds has everything you could ask for. I am not a biker but enjoy camping and outdoors and this is perfect for seniors such as myself. I will definitely do it again!

what a great lil corner of Bentonville! easy access to the trails, and the cabins, tho small were perfect for our time there. Also- had some great conversations with others who were there and being our first time there, gave helpful tip on the trails, downtown, where to eat etc. will definitely be back!

Amazing attention to detail. I’ve stayed here many times and the owner always anticipates his guests needs. What a great concept and affordable for all those looking to enjoy NWA.

Interesting and creative property. Love the outdoor area to sit and hang out.

Set-up is perfect for people who like to ride bikes. Everything was as advertised, plus I don’t ever recall bedding as soft in any other place I have stayed. The only issue was that it rained severely cutting trail time nearly the whole time I was there.

I hope to return next year.
