This is not a standard hotel, but rather rooms are owned by individual owners and managed by staff at the building. Check in and allowing guests into the room was very inconvenient. Also despite the name, this is in Santa Ana and not Casco, so not the best area.

I liked the buildings quietness and modern style.

Great view, good price

Hard to say my feeling about this place. Marcelino, at the front desk, great and happy person. Great communicator. As far as the apartment, clean and would say new looking. First floor apartment so ants for the first 8days of my stay were coming in kitchen and even making their way into the bedroom. For a new place, not having plugs on the counter surprised me, had to request an extension cord, even that it only work for one item (coffeemaker) but not for the toaster. Shower does not drain properly. I was there for ten days, not once someone came in to clean, even after I asked if someone could come pick up garbage, no one came. Not sure if you get a place through Expedia that is the norme but not once someone came to clean.

I expected an apartment with a view and got a balcony facing a wall. A bit disappointing, but the apartment got everything you need. The bedroom “window” is facing the corridor everybody is using to get to their apartments, got very noisy at night as people were shouting.

Loved the pool and amenities (kitchen, washing machine, separate bedroom)

This property was absolutely perfect! I loved my room, the pool, the plants, everything! The staff was so nice, friendly and helpful. I’ll most definitely be coming back and referring my family and friends to stay here.

It was a beautiful view of the ocean and the city from where I was. My friend unfortunately did not have as good of a view as me but I guess that's the luck of the draw.

Overall great property. Loved the apartment, which was very modern and provided comfort. Great pool also. We had a few issues with checking in and keys, however, due to Marcelino’s (the doorman) help, consistent availability and strong sense of awareness he helped make the experience as smooth as possible and followed up with us.

A nice place to call home for a few days, good security at the front desk, nice small pool and deck outside on 6th floor. However, very small apartment, insufficent towels, no hair dryer.

Fine place to stay...convenient to old part of city and many dining options. Friendly, helpful staff.
