A Boutique hotel right in the heart of the walled City. Staff were wonderful, always smiling and nothing was too much trouble. While some were more fluent in English than others communication was never an issue, and their English was alway a great deal better than my Spanish.
We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, it wasn't a large buffet but an option of a North American or Colombian option. Always served with fresh fruit and a large glass of fresh squeezed Orange juice. Breakfast was always served around a large communal dining table. It gave an opportunity to interact with other guests. This was nice and intimate given the small number of rooms in the hotel. We enjoyed our week and would not hesitate to return to the Upper House.
