Everything was great, good service and the staff was very friendly

WE arrived two people waited for us to check in and then ghosted us. Dining is available from 7pm to 8pm with very limited menu. After 8pm you are on your own. No locks on doors in remote area. Scorpion in room and one in the bed. Cell service is Wi Fi only. No people on site util 10 am and no way to get coffee or food until then. A bottle of wine was left in the room with no glasses or a way to open it. We paid for 7 nights and left after 1 night with no refund from help of a refund from Expedia so rebooked another hotel and lost over $1000 dollars. Good luck if you book here..
