i like staff and service but i didnt like room and cleaning

nice place to come with family and kids. The rooms and beds must be upgraded. No dairy products at all and low vegetables options

Room was described with a kettle, oven etc kitchen equipment, but everything was missing. Even no glasses! Twin beds are bad for couples. Pool was good. Cleaning service entered our room at 9am after 2sec of knocking and "hello".

We stayed for a week - a really good stay! Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable, clean and large. The food in the buffet was good, plentiful and varied. The hotel is located in a very convenient position with restaurants and bars just a short walk away. Would definitely return.

Recently Renovated rooms with modern warm style, clean, helfull staff, kids friendly-water park was excellent and lifeguards too. Needs though renovation at the lobby and dinning room. I will recommend it to others for sure!

The servers, kids entertainers and bar persons cannot be faulted and they were always very friendly and helpful. Although this property looked to tick all the boxes for us, it fell very short of the mark. Room was decent in terms of size, but ridden with ants the whole time. There was no way to lock the main door from the inside, and my toddler kept letting herself out of the room. The food, I can only liken to school canteen food with little other than chicken nuggets on offer for children. Breakfast was very poor! Although the water park seemed great, it was not well maintained - much like the rest of the property, which was in need of some serious TLC! The kids pool that was situated within the main pool itself was green with algae, and clearly wasn't filtered.

Pleasant stay, basic accommodation but this is reflected in the price. Good breakfast and decent water slides on site.

All inclusive water park and near the beach very good stuff

The water park was great. Also the pool. The room was big and clean. The food was just ok. All included was great

Overall I recommend this hotel, although it has some flaws. The pool & water park are great. Location is also great. Rooms are spacious. It has activities for kids. The staff is helpful most of the time. On the down side: the food is terrible (I understand this is common in Cypus all-inclusive hotels), it’s better to eat outside as the restaurants are not expensive. Also, the hotel has a cheap look & feel, rooms are not cleaned every day, even towels are not replaced - and you should bring your own towels for the pool (or pay for them). There is only one key to the room, and it must be inserted for electricity - so it’s very complex and annoying in some cases.

Food is shocking Wanted to take pictures of the resort area but had lost the will to live Stayed away during the day and at night Staff are shockingly lacking in experience and ability to give a darn about customers The only time I saw anyone speak to reception he was screaming at a rep to move him from the hotel to anywhere else! The only human being that was good was the entertainment guy who came to speak to the kids But I only saw him for a second but he seemed a decent guy so Air conditioning works but it’s so loud you would rather smother in your own breath! Think I’ve covered most things

Great renovated family rooms. The stuff was absolutely amazing, from the waiters to the bartenders and the entertainers. The food was good and the kind and talented chef was kind enough to share some of his secrets with me! The beach is at your feet but not a great one. Only downfall is the slippery tiles around pool and waterpark areas. I will be returning.

The only attractive thing at the hotel was the water park. Food was terrible. Rooms are in bad condtotion with very poor air conditioning system. The lobby had only 2 air conditioning devices that were not able to cool the place. Staff are nice and gentle.

Pool and water park - great. Room are old and cleaned only every other day. Food was ok. 3 meals a day + snacks between - great location - very close to the beach but not to the beautiful beaches, prepare yourself to walk 2 km or take taxis.

The "all inclusive" is very limited in the meaning. Even a bingo event hosted by the resort cost 5 Euros. There were no towels provided for the pool, and your room towels would only be replaced every 3 days. I had to ask the maid not to clean the room but only give us new towels everyday The towels were also dirty. The beach at the end of the hotel is a public beach and being part of the resort doesn't get you a chair, so bring your own, or rent one. The food was not very good. Most food items were very dry and/or had too much salt. Room had mold everywhere, and the beds were worn out. Wifi is limited to the lobby and maybe 25 feet around the lobby. This was not what I was expecting and will not be back nor would I recommend it to anyone. The pool was dirty and the lounge chairs were covered in mold.

The water park was closed due to maintenance (did not know that until we came there?) . But the positive thing is we could make use from another hotel the water park and all inclusive facilities. We had luck that we had a car to go there. The other hotel was much better than Electra. The airco was good in our hotel room. The mini disco was great. Our kids loved it. The food was average, but ok.
