Great room, nice stuff but no fridge nor microwave in the room

Nice to stay i love the shower water pressure high and plenty parking

More like a motel not a hotel

It was small and the sheets were stained

Never change towel and no clean , never put soap.

So I didn’t even get to stay here so I cannot comment on anything other than the rude front desk clerk who did not see my reservation. He put me in when I showed him my ID. Check in time on my reservation through hotels said 2pm, I was told that they “ may” have a room at 3 and I would have to wait. I had to come to town for a family member who was getting a transplant. No resolution and their policy is no refund and they denied the hotels.com rep any waiver on that policy even though it was not me who fell through on the reservation. Not to mention the whole reception area smelled like an ash tray which wasn’t ideal. Needless to stay I spent my weekend in the hospital with no resolution or refund. So I couldn’t get even get another room. Waste of money. Thanks.

The room had no trash cans, i didn’t know they were doing work on the building so they were working at early hours which was a bit noisy from tools being used to people walking back and forth talking. But the room was very clean, shower was amazing

Very loud and lightning poor average motel

The staff is super friendly and extra accommodating. This is my new favorite spot in the Bronx, my home away from home.
