Great location

Tranquille, propre, tout près de la ville et des rues animées. Stationnement gratuit en plus! Il n’y a pas de réception sur place, mais tout s’est vraiment bien déroulé. Un gros coup de cœur!

Great room. Comfortable and clean. Communication was terrible. Very difficult to reach concierge and given the wrong directions to catch our Fly Bus. We noticed immediately and they didn’t believe us. We needed a couple things re-stocked in the room and never heard back. The keypad to enter the building can be tricky and we weren’t the only people having trouble getting in.

Nice little hotel! No reception onsite but email details were easy. There’s a bakery downstairs, but not very many restaurants nearby. We walked to Rainbow Street and it was quite a hike! It

Our room was too small for staying in Reykjavík for a week. It would be fine for an overnight stay. Our friends booked at the same time and had bigger rooms than us.

The hotel was very comfortable and we enjoyed the stay. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk around easily and safely. Catching a bus for our tour was also super easy. There is a great food hall down the street for a quick yummy meal. I do wish the curtains/blinds were better blackout since it is light here so much of the day. Also a safe would have been nice to have. Biggest complaint was about communication. I had emailed before our stay about early check in which was able to happen and I received emails very quickly. Once we checked in and asked a few more questions, it was radio silence! I’m still waiting for a response to 2 emails and a WhatsApp chat. You need to be more responsive if there is gin g to be no reception desk. I was not asking difficult questions…just about pillows and storing luggage.

A group of 8 of us stayed here for a week while in Iceland and each couple had their own room. Each room is different. Great location to be able to walk to everything downtown. This place is more like a tiny efficiency apartment rather than a hotel room. The beds are incredibly comfortable, kitchette was well stocked, bathroom and shower was great! It was a nice touch to have a towel warmer in the bathroom. There is a wonderful bakery right next door that we got coffee and rolls every morning, that were amazing! The only con would be that the rooms are very warm, even with windows open, so bring a fan. Housekeeping came every other day, which was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

It's very clean, spacious enough. Great shower! The only thing is missing is the place to put your cloths (like drawers or dresser).

Amazing

This is a very nice hotel located in the heart of Reykjavík. It’s very comfortable though the rooms are not immensely large. Just for people’s knowledge, there is no front desk for check in and no observable staff. No worries though, they send you a code for keypad for the front door and your room. We had zero issues getting into the hotel and into our room. A very important note, there is a phenomenal bakery called Brikk right next to the hotel. They have wonderful baked goods and really good coffee. Well worth your time and money.
