Nice, simple, clean place close to the bus station. Very basic breakfast included.

Check in was great and the property was located 5 minutes from the bus termial. Bonus was the restaurant on the ground floor, which came in super handy when I checked in at 22:00. Thanks team :)

Hostal Alcazar was exactly what we needed to be, and then a little more. Pros: We had our own bathroom, breakfast was included, and we felt safe. Cons: It was located over a pizza parlor, so it was extra warm at night (this could also be a pro, depending on who you are), and it was located pretty far from downtown. Over all, this was a good experience, and I would recommend it to people looking for an affordable stay in Puerto Natales.

I had trouble with my credit card, the staff were fantastic whilst i sorted it out. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the property is in walking distance to the main shopping area. The restaurant is also fantastic! Highly recommend!

I picked the location as it was close to the bus station and it was my starting point for Torres Del Paine. They had English speaking staff and a restaurant with good food that was open late. Puerto Natales is small, so it was only a 10-20 minute walk to get to most places. A laundromat next door was very helpful when I returned to stay an extra night after finishing my trekking in the park. The hotel also stores an extra bag for me while i was gone for several days hiking. The rooms are basic, but fine. The showers could be updated, but they had hot water so I was happy.

All staff is very friendly and helpful. Will do almost anything to make your trip everything you want. Truly excellent restaurant on site. Great wine and food. One of best restaurants in town. Puerto Natales was very windy some days and pretty cold also a few days. But I like that. Go for the experience.

This is more like a bed & breakfast than a hostel as there are no cooking facilities or common sitting area. The bedroom and bathroom were fine, although a little small. Breakfast was limited.

The national park was stunning. 80km/h winds put us off trekking so we took a tour which was a great decision. Fantastic view points and good info. The hostel was ok however the atmosphere from the staff was not that friendly, the decor was tired (a little diy effort would make a hugh difference) and everything seemed to be rationed.

This hostal was really made by the people. They are extremely helpful and mindful about their guests. The hostal has a restaurant and laundromat next door. The only thing I'd say is that if you're looking to save money by buying your own food/alcohol/washing clothes in the bathroom that they do not allow any of that.

The reason for my review is to help others going to Puerto Natalas as a stop prior to getting into patagonia, chile. I stayed at this hotel a night prior to the W trail and when we finished the W trail. The location is perfect and staff were helpful. It is walking distance from the bus station (where bus fernandez and bus sur drop you off when traveling from punta arenas AND also where all shuttles leave and return from the park). The property has its own restaurant that makes it convenient. Short walk to the nearest grocery and camping/gear stores makes it an ideal location.

The location is about 0.7 mile from the bus station, if you don’t have a lots luggage, the road is paved you can walk to hotel, the insulation was very bad you can hear almost anything from your next door in the night. There’s no any furniture except bed in the tiny room. Breakfast only provided limited food like bread, a few slices of chess and processed meat.

Easy walk to hostel from bus station. Had everything we needed after a long day of travel,hot water, heat, restaurant. Easy check-in and check-out. Great place for overnight stay.

Decent stay for the price. Only downside is that soundproofing was bad. You can hear the alarm clock and shower sound of your neighbour very clearly. Staff is helpful. Overall a decent stay

We got 4 beds for 3 of us. The room is quite spacious. We got good information from the hostal. The breakfast was good. Also got laundry done. Very happy with the stay. Will definitely come back.
