The location was perfect, just a short walk into Old Town. The room was decorated beautifully and there was very minimal noise. We were provided with a fan, and there was an iron/ironing board. The host replies quick and is lovely, thank you! The only slight downside was that the WI-FI stopped working on our last night, and there is no sink in our room, but you can wash up/fill up waters in the shared bathroom sink.

Three night stay. The only good thing was the mini fridge. It is about a 15 minute walk from train station. Make sure your phone has coverage because you need to call a number on the front door. Then you will get a text on instructions how to enter the building, the floor, and individual room. Once inside there is no elevator so three flights of stairs will have to be climbed. Once in your room you will have to make your own bed with a few sheets. No AC so window will need to be open which allows all the street noise and flying bugs in. Traffic, construction and people talking off/on through the night. The room is very small. I didn't get good sleep at all which made my site seeing days very rough. The shared bathroom is smaller than my RV back home. I am 6 foot tall and 220 and hardly could move in the shower. I started feeling real sick the last night with congestion, cough, and headache. I have been traveling through Europe since June 5th (over 2 months) and this was the worst lodging experience I've had. I still have two weeks to go so I looked at my future lodging plans and changed any accommodations that were anywhere like a hostel or no AC. This place is 1/2 the price of other lodging accommodations so if you can't afford more and maybe one night stay this might be the right option. I HIGHLY recommend looking elswhere if you can afford at least anothet 50€ per night. I think the owners try hard but nit a good stay overall.

Myself and seven friends booked two quadruple rooms for two nights. Pros: The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and the location is close to both the Jewish quarter and the Old Town. The rooms are clean and tidy. Drawbacks: The building is a little uninviting with the hostel being on the top floor. The pillows could do with replacing and some of the linen is a little threadbare. You get what you pay for. This is a decent little budget hostel in a decent location.

Be prepared to walk up a lot of stairs to the room! Noisy, but that's expected in a hostel. Good kitchen facilities. Shower was awful & broken.

Euro hostel organised our transfer from the airport, this went smoothly and the charge was very reasonable. Location was brilliant! Literally took us a 10min walk to the square. On arrival we had a lovely friendly welcome and everything explained to us. We had a room which was right next to the kitchen, I was worried we’d be bothered with noise from tv etc but can honestly say that it wasn’t a problem. We were only staying one night and our room was ideal for this, I don’t think with a child I would have stayed any longer than 2 nights there. Beds were comfortable. Our room was very hot but once we found the fan it cooled right down and we were able to have a pleasant nights sleep.

My heart sank when I entered the main building, everything was so delapidated. However on reaching Euro rooms itself I was met with a friendly greeting from the receptionist and the atmosphere inside was a great improvement from first impressions. The rooms are quite modern, obviously recently decorated and set out in a functional manner. The beds and bathrooms are to a good standard. There is a communal area to use for resting or eating meals. Overall Euro rooms is good value for money in a very good location for all of the main areas of Krakow.

The pictures online are deceiving. The rooms were dirty, full of dust and old ribbish from previous guests. The WIFI does not work. The rooms are cold. Rudely woken up every morning @ 6 by outside noise or possibley cleaners (didn't check). Booked three rooms on multiple floors. The price bearly justifies the location.

The entrance wasn't easy to find. The rooms were comfy the only thing bothered me that our room was far from the wi-fi range. However the room was clean like very high hygiene level. For the price they offer it was perfect. The staff were really nice. It was great to stay in there.

If you want somewhere very affordable to stay in the center of Krakow, this place is good. You will have a clean bed, shower and toilet, a place to have your clothes washed, a communal kitchen with free teas/coffee and free Wifi. That's basically it but for me that was exactly what I needed for this particular trip. The ladies working the front desk were very pleasant, especially Dominica who tirelessly through a graveyard shift and was STILL very helpful the next day. I probably wouldn't stay here for a week or more, but a few days is absolutely fine

I was very happy with the room, it was warm and comfortable. The reception was very nice and the staff were friendly. The entrance to the hotel and the stairs up to the reception were not so good, they looked ugly and the stairs smelled bad.

I had a great couple of nights. I've always been cautious of staying in a hostel but this was a great experience, it had everything I could ask for, even a hair dryer! I had access to a kitchenette where I could make myself tea or coffee. The staff was very friendly, they helped me to book a tour and gave me information on how to get to the airport. The room was clean and the place is ideally located close to the old town

Upon arrival I had some doubts about this place because the building is really old and really trashy-looking. You have to walk up several flights of stairs to get there but once you enter the hostel it looks completely opposite from the building it's in. It's modern and warm looking, and having a private room in a hostel was an awesome change. I had a room right off the kitchen and common area but even with that, it wasn't too noisy except around 9 in the morning when some people would come in and eat and sometimes in the evenings when people would watch television. However I had no trouble sleeping here. The room and bathroom were clean with the exception of the top of the toilet, which I went to set my clothes on the first night and noticed it was covered in dust and hair. An oversight by whoever is cleaning the rooms, as the toilet lid should always be cleaned as well. The only other thing I noticed is that the walls in the bedroom had a lot of marks on them, and a new layer of paint or some scrubbing would go a long way in making it look much better. The location is great, just a 5 minute walk to the main square and right near a tram station. The main train station is also within walking distance which was a huge plus for me arriving and leaving town. The staff was able to book me on a tour of Auschwitz for the next morning which was very helpful. The tour even picks you up and drops you off right in front of the hostel which is very convenient. Overall this place is

This hostel is in a great location and close to the main train station. We liked the neighborhood with cafes & shops close by. The hostel staff were very friendly and welcoming with a great community kitchen. We would stay here again. Oh, yes...a great price, too.

Hotel is well located (just outside the old town), which gives you premium location for a cheaper price. That was pretty much everything good about it. It seems that a lot of people have smoked over time in the room, which gave it a strong (and not very pleasant) smell. Towels were old and far from soft and wi-fi access was impossible inside the room (you would have to walk down the hall to the reception to be able to use it properly).
