Nice little hotel; friendly staff; nice location

Clean place!

The building itself is beautiful. However, the receptionist wasn’t super friendly, and I almost felt I was inconveniencing him whenever I needed to ask something. The rooms aren’t sound proof to the outside, and I could hear a lot of noise from guests who were drinking / chatting on the patio at night. That being said, when I asked the night-receptionist he handled it quickly.

Staff was nice and helpful. Closing the door is very loud. Have to slam it to shut it tight. Strange smell in the room.

Very nice boutique hotel but lacks some minor amenities

Our room was clean-no issues. The staff was wonderful-very accommodating & professional. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location was great in the Palermo area.

My room had water beneath the bed. There was limited availability of iron table and iron machine.

The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars to choose from. On weekends, there is a great street market with many interesting vendors. The beds are comfortable, but the rooms are so bright. My room only faced the hallway, but the room had windows anyway and the the curtains were not great. I would recommend but bring an eye mask if light bothers you early in the morning.

The staff at the hotel really made my stay! They were super helpful and accommodating. The hotel is also a relatively new hotel which meant the establishment and room were clean and neat. Breakfast is also really nice esp as you can sit in their little outdoor space.

We loved our stay at Bromelia so much! The hotel is in an excellent location in Palermo with restaurants, bars, and shops right outside the door. The hotel is new and beautiful! All the furnishings and decor are so nice. Our room was very modern, comfortable, and spacious. We loved that there was a water bottle refill station on every floor. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again!

Great newer smaller hotel, very well located next to restaurants, bars, cafes, free breakfast. Staff were super nice and accomodating as well. Room was nice and common areas were great too. Only minor complaint would be the breakfast buffet could use more variation/change between days as it was the exact same each day with few options.

This is a great new hotel just built in 2024. We lucked out and got a great price for two nights here at the last minute. It is a very chic and modern hotel that is extremely well furnished. The manager/owner and staff are very professional and friendly. They let us check in two hours early for free. The room we had was relatively small but very stylishly furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom is stocked with high-end toiletries. The building is a relatively narrow, four-story building with two terraces on the second (i.e., American third) floor. There is a bar, but unfortunately I did not see it staffed or stocked at any point. I imagine they have plans to open it in the future. There is also a café that is open in the morning for breakfast, which was a delicious spread of food. We were apparently "VIPs" because we had booked through Expedia, and the hotel left us a free bottle of Argentinian red wine in our room when we arrived. We were also able to check out late (at 3 p.m.) for a relatively inexpensive fee of USD$80. The neighborhood—Palermo Soho—felt extremely safe and seemed to be pretty bougie to be honest. The shopping and dining options around are really great.
