It's cheap, clean, and the staff is friendly and kind (they even offered to lend me a motorbike when I asked for a nearby restaurant). Unfortunately, the electricity went out twice, the AC wasn't cold enough, and the drain was a bit clogged. For the price, you get toiletries and towels. Overall, it's very good for the price.
