Very nice and close to shopping and various restaurants. The rooms are spacious at a reasonable price, and the staff are all friendly and polite.

The room was very spacious by Singapore standards, although it was an old hotel.

Friendly staff, clean room, and good service!

The hotel is old and needs to be renovated, the rooms are good size, the furniture and fixture are dated and need an upgrade. The best thing that I can say about the hotel is their staff, Vicki and Desmond, special mention to Desmond who helped with a problem I had, he went above his position as night manager to help me solve it. On the whole, my stay was comfortable and nice.

I have booked this hotel before and this is my second time returning. I managed to check in about an hour before the check in time. The check in process was fast and smooth as I booked through the app. I booked a deluxe queen room but the staff told me I was upgraded for free to a honeymoon suite which I was surprised to hear. Upon entering, I was amazed by the room and how lovely it was. Thank you so much for the room upgrade and the accommodation again! I have nothing but high praises for the staffs and the hotel itself. Absolutely incredible and well worth the money considering I paid for the deluxe queen room and got something much better 👍

Room service 👍. Staff 👍. Supermarket, coffee shop, and market are very close ☺. Near the bus stop, it's also easy to go anywhere.

Good surrounding area, many choices for food.

Because it's an old hotel, yes, the cleanliness is old. But it's okay because the room is spacious for Singapore, especially if you bring a family. It's really not cramped. 🤭 Plus, the staff is friendly and they have a laundry machine. Not bad.

Still the best choice in Singapore. I just can't go to others.

- Hotel location is ok, need to walk 5 to 10 minutes to Paya Lebar and Eunos MRT stations, near shopping centre, food places plus other shops. Exterior is good, hotel lobby is spacious, staff are friendly and lifts are available. - Hotel overall is ok but wifi in room is very weak, never mind since I am using mobile data instead. Size of room is quite big but not that soundproof so it comes with basic Mediacorp channels, remote control for air-con, drawers, hairdryer, kettle for boiling water, coffee & tea, cups & stirrers, clothes hangers, toothbrush & toothpaste, towels and bidet (which I don't use). Got swimming pool but I did not use because raining that time. I may stay in this hotel in the near future but will consider other hotels too.

The hotel staff were very helpful in explaining the bus and MRT routes and also lent us a 2 pin plug.
