Rental cost is determined by the pick-up/drop-off zone, route, and type of car.
Rental cost includes driver, fuel, toll, and parking fees, as well as a 7% service tax from Sino Thai.
Passengers must to pay the extra cost that may result from changes in the pick-up or drop-off zone. Payment must be in cash, made directly to the Sino Thai staff or driver.

Passengers traveling from the airport must meet the Sino Thai staff at the pick-up location. Please refer to your Traveloka voucher for further instructions.
Passengers can change their flight details or contact info by calling Traveloka Customer Service.
Passengers traveling to the airport must show up max. 30 minutes after the agreed pick up time. Otherwise, the booking will be canceled and cannot be refunded.
Passengers traveling from the airport must show up max. 1 hour (for domestic arrivals) or 2 hours (for international arrivals) after the agreed pick-up time. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically canceled and cannot be refunded.
For passengers who provide their valid flight numbers, Sino Thai guarantees extra waiting time in the case of flight delays. Passengers must follow the passenger and baggage limitation for the selected vehicle, as informed during booking.
Passengers are not allowed to smoke, as well as to carry substances with strong odors and/or dangerous items in the Sino Thai vehicle. Dangerous items include but not limited to sharp items, flammable substances, explosives, chemicals, dangerous materials, and illegal drugs.
Passengers are not allowed to drive the Sino Thai vehicle.
Passengers are not allowed to use the Sino Thai service for criminal or illegal activities.
Passengers are responsible for the consequences resulting from violations of the policy mentioned above.
