After driving over 2,000 kilometers across five days, our road trip came to an end at the Criterion Hotel Perth, where we stayed from August 22nd (Friday) to August 23rd (Saturday), 2025. It truly felt like the perfect place to close out such a long journey.
The hotel’s location was excellent — right in the city center, which made it easy to step out and enjoy Perth’s sights without needing to drive anymore. Check-in was handled smoothly and warmly, which was exactly what we needed after days of constant travel.
Most importantly, the room gave us the chance to finally rest and recharge. Falling asleep that night felt like the reward at the end of the trip, and waking up refreshed in the middle of the city was the perfect way to transition from road trip mode back into city life. For anyone finishing a long journey or planning to explore Perth, this hotel fits the role perfectly.

ホテルは市内中心部にあり、パース観光にとても便利。車を降りてそのまま街歩きができる立地で、ロードトリップ後の気分転換にも最高でした。チェックインの対応もスムーズで丁寧で、旅の疲れを抱えて到着した身にはありがたかったです。
何よりもしっかり休めたのが大きかったです。長旅のご褒美のように深く眠れ、翌朝は市内の景色を楽しみながら気持ちよく一日を始められました。ロードトリップの締めくくりやパース観光の拠点として、とてもおすすめできるホテルです。

중심 관광지와 아주 가깝고 red CAT 버스 정류장도 도보 1분 거리에 있어서 편리했습니다.
바로 옆에 맥도날드가 24시간 오픈해 있습니다.
주차장이 없고 호텔 출입구 앞이 바로 도로여서 차에서 짐 내리기가 번거로웠습니다.
침구와 방은 청결해서 아이들과 지내기 좋았습니다. 가성비 좋습니다.

시설이 최신식이 아니고, 고급스럽다고 할 순 없지만 비교적 저렴한 가격에 무엇보다 시내 한가운데 위치해 있기 때문에 여기저기 돌아다니기도 쉽고, 일정 중에 잠시 쉬기도 편합니다. 헤이 스트리트에 있고, 주변에 한국인 운영 가게나 Chemist 가게도 있어서 처음 가는 사람들에게 도움이 될 것 같습니다.

가성비가 매우 좋은 호텔입니다. 위치도 매우 좋고 방도 흠잡을 곳 없습니다. 하나 단점을 꼽자면 식당이 없어서 아침식사를 먹을 수 없습니다. 하지만 근처에 카페가 많으니 큰 문제는 아닙니다.

We found the room to be cold - heater didn’t do much & we couldn’t get hold of reception to request another blanket.
The staff were good & informative but wouldn’t recommend stay, mould in bathroom & paint peeling.

We often stay at the criterion because its reasonably priced and convenient with its 24hr checkin. We arrived very late due to major delays on our flights. Check-In is quick. The desk is manned 24hrs .11am check out suits us too. We had a flight the next day. Overall, its nothing fancy and can be a little noisy but an affordable place to rest your head for 1 night.

Great location right near Hay street Mall but property condition was pretty poor.
Also the need for a $250 deposit was unusually high for what was a very basic room and saying it would take a long period of time before release was a shock.
Positive shower was hot towels and sheets were clean but some other areas needed attention

Excellent location, a walking distance to shops and transport. An old historical building so a little run down but everything was working well including elevator, air conditioning and shower. Comfortable beds. Good value for the money.

Very noisy at night . Thin walls. People up and down the hallway talking and singing.
We were freezing cold with a thin blanket and flat pillows. Bed super uncomfortable. Had about an hours sleep . Never ever stay there again.
