Great service and was allowed to check in very early, which was a massive help to me since I had been flying all night. The hotel rooms looked a little dated and could probably do with a it of an uplift. Breakfast was ok with lots of choice. Overall happy and I would go there again.

Nothing that I don’t like this hotel, got good price , perfect location, easy access to all sightseeing transportation, my room very clean over looking Darling Harbor, super friendly and helpful staffs,this hotel deserves more than 5 stars rating

From the moment of arrival constant banging and drilling up into 10.pm. Complained to the reception- nothing done. Complained next morning ditto complained at night when I found room not cleaned to the manager who couldn’t manage an automatic laundromat. Finally a lovely gentlemen behind desk bought me a beer and said everything would be fixed.out with the old manager and in with the new I would say.

The location was great. The hotel room itself was tired and damaged as were my colleagues rooms. There were building works going on which were noisy and we weren't warned about and we were charged for breakfasts on the day we checked in, which was after lunch. Would not stay there again unless we knew the rooms had been renovated.

Peter was very attentive and helpful with changing rooms and keeping luggage.
Rooms very close to each other , sound insulation could be better. Could hear toilet flushing and other peoples conversations. Rooms very dated.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a bit rough and the blind broke after my first (gentle) use. The beds were clean and comfortable. The WiFi is relatively slow. Delicious breakfast buffet - make sure to pre-book to save a few dollars.
