Great hotel we moved on the last night to a room with a bath thank you to the manager for arranging this.
Rooms very comfortable stains in the corridor carpets should be addressed and the seating in the bedrooms also need stream cleaned

Hotel is well situated next to a shopping centre in the best part of Charleroi. Comfortable hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Good sized room - only drawback being that bathroom facilities are in bedroom (basin is open-plan & would have preferred more privacy). We enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant and breakfast was plentiful.

Hotel was good, the only problem was that the postal address on the automated correspondence was an underground car park without pedestrian access. Trying to arrive on foot from the railway station proved to be difficult and confusing!

The hotel was excellent, in the city center. What was not so excellent, is that our car was broken into and stolen from shortly after our arrival at Charleroi, even though it was in the Q-Park (not affiliated with Novotel).
We had not researched Charleroi before coming there, so we didn't know that it is known for its level of crime and beggars. When I went to move my car to a safer location, I noticed unsavory people squatting inside the garage.

This room was described as superior room,we found the room was basic nothing superior about it,there was no dressing table just small table beside sitting chairs,not even iron or iron board in room. Looking on to anunkept area at back of hotel.

Very nice hotel in the Charleroi city center. Most restaurants closed by 7 or 8pm, and was difficult to find many solid dining options. Not an easy city to navigate without a car.

Hotel itself is OK - similar to other Novotels I have stayed in. Area around hotel rather grim. Several defunct shops and restaurants. Not the fault of the hotel. Need a good street plan to find hotel unless somebody gives you directions. If you consult Google maps print out the detailed directions if you can. Unless your smartphone can direct you.
