Cold Hot Tub, even after calling ahead to confirm. Absolutely pathetic.

All staff excellent. Hotel itself not so much.

Urban life !! City is full of people and there is a lot to see . Everyone was super kind and welcoming and helpful. Driving is definitely a challenge!!!

It's fine and has mostly what one would expect. The coolest thing was that each room had an American outlet! We took adapters, but that was very useful. Breakfast was so-so. Not as nice as some places I've stayed. We stayed six days, and it was the same every day so I got really tired of it. The jacuzzi wasn't working when we wanted to use it; water was cold. We had four rooms for our group. One was bigger and had two TVs. Neither worked right; one had one channel. We checked out of three of the four rooms and took all our stuff to the fourth (that part of our group stayed one more night) so we could grab our things a few hours after checkout to head to the airport. But the front desk insisted we had to take them out and bring them downstairs to the baggage room. It was just easier for us to leave in our fourth room for a few hours. That was frustrating. But in many ways, the front desk was happy to help with little things we needed in the course of our stay, so it was mostly fine. I don't think I'd stay there again, but it did the job for us.

Cost benefit friendly. 18 mim from airport, 10 mim away from everything.

Overall the stay was good, front desk attendants were friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice with good options, room was clean. Location is not so friendly if your plans are to go out by walking at night, as it is centrally located.

Eng: I was in the hotel for an overnight stay, so I couldn't know much about the facilities available. But I liked what I saw. The hotel is very well located and easy to reach. Both check-in and check-out were fast and simple, and the staff was efficient and polite. The place was clean and all the safety rules for the pandemic were met. The room was simple, but it was quiet, spacious, and clean. The bed was comfy although pillows were not what I would like, but nothing serious. As it was a cold night, I didn’t turn on the air conditioner. The blanket available did a very good job keeping me warm. The bathroom was big and clean. The shower was nice and strong. Breakfast was started at 07:00 which I though was a little too late for a weekday. As my appointment was also early, I unfortunately couldn't try it so I can't say how it was. Valet parking was charged at the check-in and the value of R$20,00 for a 24-hour-stay was pretty reasonable. All in all, it was a good experience and I will come back, which will happen next month.

This hotel is good but not amazing. Check in was quick and easy and all staff members very helpful and polite. My comment is in terms of the property itself that is dated and in much need of a refurb. The fridge in the room I stayed was very noisy and would wake me up everything time the motor was switched on. Due to COVID I didn't want to change rooms so decided not to complain at the time. This was totally my option but I thought I should provide the feedback. Breakfast was poor. Loads of carbs, no fruits, yogurts or any other healthy option. This is something that can be improved too.

Pleasant stay, 2 nights only. Excellent breakfast. Dinner= room service only, with few options, however well prepared, good taste. Neighborhood does not inspire security for night walks. Hospitality is present, with attentive staff in general (lobby, room service, etc).

Hotel com uma entrada muito bonita, mas só. Quartos tão antigos que os móveis acabam exalando cheiro de velho, os travesseiros péssimos, muito fino, as toalhas também, muito velhas. Café da manhã extremamente básico, não condiz com as fotos divulgadas aqui. A recepção fica vazia constantemente, demorando para que os hóspedes sejam atendidos. Já fiquei em outros hotéis da rede Nacional Inn e eram bons, mas esse não recomendo. Pelo preço é melhor ficar no Ibis que as instalações pelo menos são mais novas.

Ótimo custo benefício. Localização bem central em Campinas (região um pouco perigosa ) Funcionários solícitos. Estacionamento pago a parte . Café da manhã simples mas suficiente

Razoável, estacionamento muito caro, limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar pois tinha cabelo no piso, luz do corredor sempre ligada e o quarto 305 ficava iluminado. Precisamos de carregar o notebook e as tomada não eram tipo J, Minha filha precisou de fazer o trabalho escolar on-line mas o Wi-Fi não carregava, minha esposa precisou também para o trabalho e nada de carregar… enfim, não tivemos ou daremos boas referências de estadia. Saímos antes do final das estadias pois não o hotel não nos deu recursos mínimos para continuarmos.

Atendeu minha necessidade, porem nao gostei muito da localizacao. Inviavel sair ou voltar a pe a noite. Rua um tanto erma, café da manha c poucas variedades e opcoes. Esperava mais

ótimo lugar para descanso, cafe da manha maravilhoso, colaboradores atenciosos, a estadia foi otima!

Ruim, hotel velho e comodidade sem cuidados, chão estava grudando no quarto e barulhento; Além disso o moço da recepção marcou um refrigerante em nossa conta, talvez por estar apenas de passagem 1 estádia ele achou que não iriamos ver.

Estadia boa no geral! Excetuando o preço abusivo e absurdo do valor do estacionamento e o mau tratamento que me foi dado pelo recepcionista Ramon, mal educado.
